The staff was friendly and helpful. My vehicle was broken into and come to find out where I parked the security camera for that side of the garage did not work. Which to me meant that somebody new they were not working on that side of the garage. Luckily I do not leave much of value in my car. And they did call me to apologize. So hopefully they will fix that area in the garage. I would like to stay there again next year when I return but I am leary.

The hotel was modern, very clean and the breakfast was very good. Everyone there was professional and very helpful. Our room was large and the airconditioner worked exceptionally well. Even though we were on the street side, we were not bothered by street noise. It was a very pleasant surprise!!

The trip was to visit the Claremont Colleges - - location for this purpose was good; value was excellent. The room was stifling hotupon entry. It cooled down fairly quickly, however, after turning on the air conditioning unit.

The price drew me in, but the accommodations were on par with something higher priced. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet enough that we slept well. The breakfast was a nice surprise--fresh pastries and fruit, self- serve waffle iron, yogurt, eggs, sausage patties, coffee, and juice. We also enjoyed Mexico Lindo down the street for some authentic Mexican fare. Internet access was easy (no glitches). The surrounding area is a bit run-down.

Le personnel est vraiment agréable. Great guys !! Un peu éloigné du centre de Los Angeles, mais si vous avez une voiture, aucun problème. Un hôtel downtown de cette qualité aurait couté le triple.

Preis-Leistungsverhältniss war in Ordnung. Jedoch Nichtraucherhotel Kostenloses Internet in der Lobby. Freundliches Personal Es sollte draußen eine Sitzmöglichkeit für Raucher geschaffen werden Die Gegend ist vielleicht nicht jedermans Sache, obwohl wir dort keine Probleme hatten. In der Nähe befinden sich einige mexikanische Restaurants - die auch gut waren. Direkt am Highway 10 - auch nicht schlecht.

I was surprised by how clean everything was. It was so refreshing to stay at a hotel where I did not have to worry about things being dirty. The people were also very friendly and it is in close proximity to Cal Poly Pomona.
