Staff very welcoming and always ready to help. We enjoy EWTN on TV Great line up but really missed that station. Might you consider adding it, we understand it is a free signal. Thank you

Close to airport Online add very misleading. Under the impression we could leave our vehicle at hotel while we were in Florida for free. Room was suppose to be 79.00 and free parking ended up paying 149.+ for room and parking. Wouldn't do it again. Would leave vehicle at airport for 75.00 next time. Thought it would be easier than getting up at 2:00 in morning to travel there from Madison but the case ended up being more costly. Staff was not very helpful in working with us. So all in all not happy.

I liked the close proximitry to the jet port. The hotel was also clean and quiet. The breakfast was also a bonus and was ample. I used the park and fly option which is very convenient however on my return flight I was not made aware the hotel shuttle stops running at 11pm so it took over an hour for a taxi to pick us up. This was unacceptable considering the hotel is so close to the jet port. The staff on duty however did discount my stay and was very apologetic. The long taxi wait was the one downfall of our stay. After traveling all day I did not want to wait that long for a cab.

Near Airport They did not have my Reservation because booking.com system does not talk to your hotel E-mail must be sent to mgr who did not approve it. Shower Curtain Missing no Kleenex in dispensor

Helpful, friendly staff. Had a problem with toilet stoppage and someone was sent within a few minutes to fix the problem. A somewhat dated facility. Toilet clogged on flushing w/o any paper having been present in the bowl. A small fridge would have been extremely useful. Paid less for lodging elsewhere and a fridge was included.

We were able to check in earlier than listed and the front desk gave very good directions to the South Portland area. When I asked if they accepted aaa they said yes and gave me additonal discount that booking.com did not give. This was a nice savings.

We felt very comfortable...The "constant" coffee/tea availability (and cookies) was a lovely touch. Staff were helpful and efficient. We've stayed at hotels where we walked into the lobby and no-one was behind the desk...and it took a couple of minutes before anyone showed up. At the Comfort Inn there was always someone available when you walked into the lobby

Clean, close to jet port and economical also park and fly option My reservation was made for wrong day, good thing I called in advance to confirm. The correction was made and then when I arrived and went to pay they said the room was already paid for and showed us as a no show. If they hadn't said we were a no show I would have been ok , perception is everything.

When I first checked in the room that they gave me it had not been completly cleaned by housekeeping...I had found two dirty/wet towels in the shower. I called the front desk and they came up to my room a few minutes later and gave me a new room to move to. Other that this problem, the new room was fine.

Hotelpersonal sehr hilfsbereit. Das resevierte Zimmer mit 2 Kingsize Betten stand nicht zur Verfügung. Stattdessen wurde ein Zimmer mit 1 Queensize Bett angeboten. Deutlich kleiner als reserviert. Das Bad war sauber, der Toilettensitz jedoch überfällig für einen Austausch.
