Comfort Inn & Suites Airport Maspeth

I like the cleaners and breakfast staff and some of the drivers, very polite. Drivers turned up quickly for pick and drop off.

I hated the experience at comfort Inn,Very poor C-Service, reception staff were so rude, and I'm not a rude person, I was standing there a few times waiting for them to get of the personal phones. Some drivers were not that professional, In appropriate mucic playing in shuttle bus with young children inside, I complained about itching in my bed, reception were quite dismissive. I would never recommend this company to friends or family and I would Never stay at this hotel again. I'm very disappointed as I made my decision on other peoples reveiws. If you have not been to this hotel, or havn't been to NY, Please think carefully about taking this hotel, it might seem a bargin, but the shortfall could ruin your holiday which is pricele

The staffs were friendly. Close to subway.

The bus service provided do not cover JFK, so at the end staying at the hotel proved to be much higher than expected.

Very good shuttle to rail station...15 Mins into nyc. Local restaurant...O'NEILLS...worth a visit.

The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was extraordinary especially compared to other hotels continental breakfast. They served waffles, cereal, bagels, donuts and more. The area was quiet and away from the noisy city, but getting there only took about 15 minutes. Great location. I will stay here each time I visit NYC.

The only thing I frowned upon was the cemetery across the street. But that just reminded me that death is reality so we need to live life to the fullest while we are alive.

I liked the comfort of the bed.

the parking, Work staff & people without handicapped parking park in handicapped spaces. Handicapped parking is not enforced.

Our Shuttle service here was excellent! The night driver was extremely nice, and very helpful with our first time trip into the City.

No Pool

the hotel was lovely and the location was good, the hotel offered a shuttle bus to and from the subway.

draughts in the room from the window but in fairness we find that in the majority of large hotels.

Fair price, shuttle services are good. they still provide the shutttle services for the whole day for us even we checked out early in the morning and still wanted to use the shuttle to fetch us late afternoon from the metro station which is 15-20 minutes away from Time Square.

excellent hotel .heureusement il y a un bus pour vous emmener a la station 61 street la plus proche.sinon rien a redire de bons lits et petit déjeuner correct .

pas de chocolat chaud au petit déjeuner rien a faire aux alentours de l hotel face a un grand cimetière.

E' troppo lontano dalla stazione della metro, e il servizio che loro offrono lascia a desiderare, bisogna rientrare a mezzanotte, come si puo' rientrare a mezzanotte a New York? se ci vuole 25 min. di treno per ritornere.Dopo ti devi arrangiare e molte volte alla stazione della metro non ci sono Taxi
