Comfort Inn & Suites Airport Maspeth  

This hotel was very clean and well cared for. They had a shuttle bus to and from LaGuardia airport and the subway. The hotel was about 15minutes from grand central station. The receptionist staff, she was oriental was very polite and helpful with giving us directions and showing us where to go.

The morning breakfast wasnt the bed. The eggs were awful! When asked if the shuttle could take us to the subway, the morning driver told us to wait a few minutes. He then proceeded to chat with the receptionist and drink his coffee. Extremely rude and uncalled for.

Great friendly staff. Staff knew area well and was able to direct us to a nice trip to Time Square. Shuttle driver was exceptional and friendly. Like the free shuttle back and forth to subway.

I chose hotel which was closer to Liguardia and not jfk so no shuttle was provided. But hotel was kind enough to arrange a taxi.

The helpfulness of most staff (only one reception staff member answered a questions with 'no' and then provided no further help or information until probed to do so). Breakfast was more than adequate. Room was very clean. Shuttle bus is a must - made up for the poor location.

Location - no local shops or subway.

The hotel's continental breakfeast were great. and for other meals check out a great diner called JR's excellent meals and more than most can eat.It's just a short distance fr the hotel.

Free shuttle pick up and friendly helpful staff.

Shuttle did not run from 1am until 5am thus we had to pay for a cab to get to airport! main reason we picked hotel was for shuttle service.

Nothing special. The only reason to stay there was because it so not so far from JFK. For those who need, they have shuttle to the nearest subway station.

Although it is a new hotel, looks like the maintenance is not appropriate. My room did not have a good smell. The view is not nice. A cemetery in front.

Actually, the hotel is not close to manhathan. You have to take a shuttle, them a 20 minutes subway.

free wifi did not work!! you could only get access to the wifi in a central part of the hotel because the signal was so weak... could not use my ipone or ipad or laptop in the room... CRAZY!! Will probably not use this hotel again because access to the internet is key for me!!

The hotel was absolutely brilliant and great value for money! The rooms were fantastic in consideration of the price! Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone 100%! The shuttle to and from the subway was great, saved us a lot of money in taxi's!! The staff were extremely helpful and polite.

Price is a bit to high for accomodation and location

We had a hired car so we just drove to this hotel and took the subway. there is a free shuttle to the subway but sometimes you have to wait a while. The breakfast is ok, normal bread, orange and apple juice, eggs sausages fruit. There is a beautiful grave yard oppostie, with at the back the Mahatten skyline.

The best value for money. Transport remoteness is balanced by regular and free shuttle service between lga & hotel, Subway & hotel. Very friendlly and courtesy staff, clean rooms.

The hotel is a good place to stay in New York, the staff is courteous and they help you to and from central points where you can catch the subway to the city center or shopping thereby helping you to save cost on transportation.

Common areas were dirty. Had to drive to find a place to eat. Could use upgraded mattresses.

Shuttle service to and from airport was a great perk. Excellent upgraded hotel near airport. Continental breakfast was great.
