House keeping needs to be addressed. Rooms were dirty . Heating units also need cleaning

Helpful staff. Warm room was welcoming on a cold night.

The General Manager, Peter H. was outstanding !, as was the personnel, and cleaning staff. I got a fantastic rate (39.99), a late complimentary check out (1PM),and the room was flawlessly clean. I will stay here again if the opportunity arises. It is hard to believe that such a friendly, well maintained property can be so reasonable in price. Just frick'n unbelievable. -Stephen

We arrived at the motel approximately 7 hours after the online reservation was made. Our reservation was not yet entered into their system (the printout was laying in the tray) so we had to wait for it to be entered in order to check-in. The water pressure in the shower was not strong. I could hear the footsteps of the people in the room above ours.

Room's carpet was wet, smelled of cig smoke and dogs. Had to use my allergy inhaler the entire time. Blow dryer didn't work, plugs were loose and unable to hold plug ins. Requested wake up call and didn't get one/almost missed my flight.

Close to the Interstate but not noise

price 4 a friday though was excellent.

We had a car sick incident on the way there and the front staff was very helpful setting us up to do the laundry at in house laundromat. Very nice to not have to leave property to do this. Also, this room was the largest and most comfortable of the 7 we used on road trip. All of them cost us 99 plus tax. Very nice.

The reception staff were incompetant- on mobile phone while we checking in and then we had to get keycard to room reconfigured twice before being able to enter room and then only one worked. The breakfast was average with very little food on offer.. Then issues on checkout with credit card- unable to solve due to numbers being keyed in incorrectly. Woukd not recommend staying there

The room was stinking of old carpet. Foul smell when you entered the room, the same goes with the breakfast area. Just couldn't eat.

refrigerator and microwave available in room; excellent continental breakfast with Belgian waffles but breakfast area was not kept up well during the rush.

no stopper for bathtub; dog hair in bed

The staff were very pleasant,the rooms were very clean and great location for our trip.

Location

The smell of smoke in the hall. The fact that three of our rooms were not cleaned. The large "water" stain on our comforter. The lack of sheets for the pull out couch. The lack of soap for the shower. The food at the breakfast bar was not great. The person checking us in gave us breakfast tickets for the adults and the person at the breakfast wanted tickets for everyone. The window on the third floor opened completely without any screen or barrier to prevent small kids from falling out of the window.

Staff were all well-trained, professional and friendly. Room was adequately clean for price. All room facilities (refrigerator, shower, heater, etc) were in good working condition.

Located on a main street, could get noisy on busy days.

Location to the interstate. Breakfast staff was very nice.

Neighborhood, two separate buildings, spa not working.

Room's air conditioner worked great, there was an iron. The breakfast was great! Room came with use of pool, a refrigerator and a microwave. Price was very good

Bathtub was not very clean. Bathroom as a whole should of been cleaner.

Proximity to the two malls we wanted to visit. The room was okay.

The staff upon check in was not prepared. Another guest had been sent to a room which had not been cleaned yet. The staff spent a great deal of time talking about other guests and how tehy were "bad people'. I waited at the check in desk for a good 15 minutes for the staff to be ready,m they had trouble loggin in to the computer, had a discussion about guests and the purchase price of cigarettes. We had to wait for our room to be vaccuumed as well. The room was fairly clean, although the ceiling had water stains and the bathroom was not very clean. The TV picture was terrible ( all pink and yellow). The noise from the road and from other guests was quite loud at times. We were awoken around midnight by returning guests. There was no room book providing information about local venues, breakfast times, pool usage and the like;, this would have been nice. The vending machine area had no vending machine and was quite dirty.

All very tired looking could do with extensive updates - especially carpets and bedspreads.

The hotel was fairly close to Troy where graduation was for our son from college. The accommodations were just right for our needs--two double beds and a sleeper sofa for our future daughter-in-law. It was nice to have breakfast in the morning before graduation. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

It could have been better stocked with sheets and blankets available in the room for the sleeper sofa. It would have been nice for the breakfast to be one half hour longer until 10:30, so we could eat before we left on Sunday; other hotels have served until 10:30.
