Le personnel était tout à fait adorable. Les chambres sont grandes et bien insonorisées, la salle de bain fonctionnait bien. À 5 min du centre de Boston en auto donc pratique. Parking gratuit très apprécié! En plus l'hotel est doté d'un programme vert pour réduire son impact sur l'environnement. |

The hotel was really nice. The free shuttle bus fromthe hotel to the T was great. Staff were very helpful and pleasant More staff on at breakfast over weekends would be nice, as coffee, hot water & cutlery were no replenished regularly |

hotel desk staff was very cheerful, welcoming and very helpful to us. They gave us lots of info on how to connect with the sites we wanted to see. Our original room had a pull-out couch which didn't seem very comfortable.. There were 3 of us, and we did select a room with 2 Queen beds instead. |

Quiet. Good shuttle service. My desk chair kept sinking. When I asked for a replacement, they said they did not have another chair, but they could move me to another room. Seemed kind of dumb to me. |
