Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was a bonus after a long journey. Shuttle service to airport was fast, friendly and frequent. Room was comfortable.

Breakfast was nice but don't understand why disposable plates and cutlery? Doesn't seem very environmentally friendly and lowers the impression of quality.

Was somewhat disappointed as we left. We forgot to take some items with us and called back not more than an hour after checkout to see what could be done. Left repeated messages at "lost and found;" no one ever returned our call with a final disposition.

The woman behind the desk was very knowledgeable about the Silver Line transit service from Logan Airport. Her advice saved us at least a 1/2 hour of travel time to meet friends for dinner at the harbor. She was also quick to let us know about the continental breakfast that would be available for our 4:30 AM departure. I also really liked having a ceramic coffee cup for my coffee. Thanks! We were very impressed with your facility (and hadn't really expected to be...we were just looking for somewhere close to the airport to stay before our early morning flight.)

I love the free coffee in the lobby- free wireless Internet- the free shuttle to the airport - all the staff were great

Restaurant on site. Secure feeling with elevator "key" required. Pleasant atmosphere inside..nearness to Logan airport. Housekeeping was polite & helpful & appeared to be hard workers...very busy into the early evening hours...speaks to their commitment.

A used/dirty wash cloth was left on the shower rod over section of curtain. Mis communication regarding park & fly. To question 5 below...not if you include the on line booking which does not clearly provide true cost...How do you advertise "free parking then charge $100 for the same? Ignore a specific request for the same above then change the cost?

The beds were super comfortable and the free breakfast was really good. Lots of hot options!

The Parking was limited. Snd the restaurant the shares the hotel has signs everywhere that say " Margaritas Only, no overnight parking". But there were no other spaces. Lots of snowed in cars, assumed they had been there from airport guests, but there was no REGULAR parking.

Park & Fly not well organised to get to the airport (shuttles every 30 minutes, but they dont take reservations, so some people can't get on the bus on busy hours because there are too many people at the same time).

The value and closeness to Boston and the airport rapid transit station (by hotel shuttle). It was clean and comfortable.

The tv needed to be reprogrammed; alot of the channels that were supposed to be available were not. There was only one partly used roll of tp on the roller in the bathroom, a small thing but important. Otherwise clean and stocked.

Modern hotel with all neccesities available. Very good mexican and affordable restaurant in same building. Hotel expresses and shows care for the environment

Despite the focus on sustainability for the environment still a lot/to much paper and plastic waste at breakfast

Nice having a Maragitas on premises. Excellent service to and from the airport, prompt and friendly service.

Loved the staff. Always willing to do what they could to help out. Shuttle service was great. Easy access to near by shopping. The price was cheap but you pay for what you get. I would recommend this hotel for one night stays only.

Omg!!! The indoor pool was never warm. Once the pool was slightly less cold. We were there 7 days. I don't think this hotel has ability to heat their pool. Also, there are signs posted about rough horseplay but guests simply ignored signs. Seemed quite dangerous at times because everyone from little to young adults diving or jumping in, often nearly landing on someone in the pool. We were told we would have microwave and frig. But not in the room as we were told. We moved to another room and still there was no microwave or frig. Laundry machines are expensive to wash and dry. Dryer takes $4 to dry clothes. Margaritas resturant connected to hotel is nasty!!! Food tastes like meats were soaked in vinegar. Service was extremly slow too when the place had few patrons.

Beds were comfortable.Kids loved the pool.Magueritas Restuarant onsite was good.

I had to ask 3 times for the foldaway bed for grandchild, which was held together with a tied plastic bag. Had to rp apart the bag to open it, then couldn't fold it up to get it out of the way during the day. The tv stopped working but was easily fixed. I was disappointed not to have a mini refrigerator to keep drinks etc.

We were on a whirlwind tour of colleges, and were pleasantly surprised that the Comfort Inn, our least expensive hotel, had very comfortable beds, very clean rooms, and a good, solid breakfast in the morning.

Nothing, really, except that it was a bit hard to find via our car rental company's directions. It was close to the airport and to freeways, as advertised.

I loved everything about this hotel. I have no complaints.

Free parking

Staff were so helpful in all aspects, flexible, pleasant accommodating. The hotel was clean well equipped, breakfast was very good and shuttles on time. Would for sure use this hotel again and recommend to others.
