There wasn't anything That I liked about this hotel.
I didn't like the room conditions, bugs, and tiny rooms.
Staff, room and location good.
Ludicrous that charged for parking when plenty available (merely a way of showing a lower price than was the case) and that wifi was poor - non existant in my room or breakfast rom but essentially only in reception.
Friendly, helpful staff. Easy parking close to room.
TV didn't work in the room, so they switched us to another room. Small bathroom, shower rod was sloping down and shower curtain bunched in the middle of the shower rod = water all over bathroom floor. Free breakfast was less than stellar.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were near the pool and the complimentary breakfast room. If your are looking for fancy, this isn't your place. If you want quiet and comfortable at a great price - and near most attractions - then this is the place for you.
The parking fee.
Location, Facilities, Staff were all excellent.
Walls were slightly thin and could hear the couple in the room above but that's the same in every hotel.
Nice ubicación. It's near from almost all San Diego's attractions. Comfortable rooms and beds. Friendly staff. Good breakfast
Extra charge for parking There was no elevator and with heavy baggage, this can be an issue. There were not microwave nor fridge. We must figure ourselves about our child 's food preparation.
Breakfast was good
Had bunks in our room which we did not need but took up a lot of space. Cleaner turned on the lights so when we got back after dark one could see everything we owned through the window. Kitchen was so full of bits and pieces there was no room for the things we had brought with us to self cater.
The bed was comfy.
No fridge, no microwave, no parking ( that I paid $10 a night for) my room only got cleaned twice out of the 6 nights I stayed there, room was pretty small & wifi sucked.
We started out trip to America with a stay at the comfort inn suites. The room was a little smaller than the rooms we stayed in for the remainder of the trip, however it was ample for what we needed. The kids absolutely loved the bunks. Breakfast was a great little addition. Very happy with the hotel for the price and would gladly stay there again.
Nothing really, the room could have been a little bit bigger but other than than a comfortable stay.
Deluxe breakfast included. We enjoyed it, all you can eat! Hotel staff was very friendly. 2 queens size beds, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom and tub very clean.
Even though just off the freeway, really quiet. Rooms are great. Pool was lovely. Will come back again. Staff were great too.
The location is excellent easy to get downtown, the beaches and Old town San Diego is just a couple of minutes away. The restaurants in Old town are very good!!! Overall it was a great stay.
I would of liked a little bigger room with a fridge. They charge $10 per day parking.
The location is good
Wifi does not work and staff did not care. Too much noise from cleaning staff and other guests as well
I Paid for a queen suite with two queen beds which was smoke free. They placed me in a room with full beds and it smelled of cigarettes. The front desk switch me to another room which was around 1am now and it was the same with a broken lamp next to my bed. I called again and again they switch my room, but again it was full beds. The next morning we went to the breakfast room, where outside was a big thumbsize roach right by the entrance door and upset our apetite. For switching from room to room I had forgotten some items in the rooms which was never given back from the housekeepers. Ive tried explaining to front desk but they seem to be non chalant about the guests which already had rooms and were more concern placing their new guests into rooms. My overall experience was poor.
We hated the fact that we had to pay for parking at a hotel we were staying at. We also had no towels the first day there and when requested, they took an hour to get delivered to our room.
Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.
When we checked in there was a $50 deposit on top of the room rate. No where on any of my emails does it say anything about a deposit. So either you need to get all the information and put on your website or these hotels need to give you all the information. Cricket outside the room all night long.
I was checked in less than 5 minutes and checked out as well
That the hair drier was on the same side as the coffee maker and it kept knocking the cups down
Excellent location, closed to almost everything.
Too much noise upstairs until 1:00am. Didn't get any slept. 2. When I first came in, the housekeeper left dirty towels on my sink. Didn't do their job on cleaning the room.
Easy in, easy out.
Parking fee. I will never stay there again due to your hidden fee. I was not notified of this fee until after I arrived on sight. It is not the price issue it is the sneaky, cheesy way you did it. I will never stay there again. And I will spread the word!
All thing in hotel was good and the staff frindilly
Staff was courteous in giving us a cancellation of our reservation when we didn't like the room, even though it was after the cancellation hour when we arrived.
Had hoped this was a Choice Hotel top of the line property. It wasn't. We looked at a room before checking in and my wife spent five seconds in the room and said "I'm not staying here". It was the vibe she got, or didn't get if you prefer. It just did not feel like a class place. Let's say expectation was comparable with Hampton. It wasn't.
I thought the breakfast area very poorly designed from the point of view of 'flow of traffic'. People seemed awfully confused as they searched for the next item of food. Further, there was no staff person to direct guests. I could not find a place to sit at table so took food back to my room. By which time items has gone cold including my coffee. As for breakfast I would give the Comfort Inn a Minus. These are just my reflections.
Comfortable bed Jacuzzi and pool Great breakfast Coffee maker
Wifi rarely worked. Hotel said it was because they were booked. Not enough plugs Not all rooms have a refrig.
Staff who quietly went around with an air of efficiency, breakfast went like clockwork with pressure on staff taken in ones step. Good attitude of helpfulness and friendliness. Pool great for kids.
Some furniture a bit worn although mattress good and firm.
