Due to our late check in (12:30 a.m.) we missed breakfast. Wish the hours were later.

The breakfast was not up to par. No meat, bisquits were hard, and the pancake mix taste was not good.

Size of room. Quiet and bed was comfortable

Checkin clerk was not very friendly no "welcome to comfort in". Or did you find us easily... Morning check out was about the same. In fact when breakfast room was full we went to eat in lobby and were rudely hurried into another meeting room. People skills need some attention here.

Budget friendly, clean, great bed, plenty of lights and ceiling fan!

Desk had only one staff who was trying hard to register at the desk and take reservations over the phone, give directions, answer questions. Need more staff during peak registration.

Not much

Water already in coffe maker, creating counter flood first thing in the morning. Phone charge from previous quest in wall socket so the lamp wouldn't work w/o me moving furniture late at night. Carpet was dirty.

The facility was conveniently located and clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from.

The shuttle to the airport. The room was nice

It would have been nice to have had some fruit out for us before we had to leave the hotel. I know it was early, 4:00, but it would have been very nice to have.

Peaceful. Nice covered pool.

The breakfast. The taste of it. Eggs were horrible, didn't seem like eggs. the juice... that was juice? tasted terrible. The rest of the food was ok.

Employees very friendly and helpful when requesting driving directions to restaurants and attractions.

Requested 2 extra pillows and were told not available (even though hotel was not full). Next day we asked for 2 pillows again and rec'd them. Depended on who we asked. Could add sausage or something else other than sos every day for breakfast. Only one table and four chairs, then 4 other chairs and stands were added around pool; pool area too small for the size of the hotel.

We stayed because it was convenient to the Ft. Myers Airport, but your choices above don't list "convenient." Question #1 should offer "personal" as a choice: our visit was really neither business or leisure; it was to attend a funeral. I realize that a non-computer-formatted review is easy and gives you the answers you want, but I could have given you a better review of our stay if you had simply asked, "Tell me about your stay." Question #3 borders on stupid if your goal is to find out how your customers liked their stay.

When we arrived, the entrance and hallways smelled like a dirty sock.... sort of like that fetid, musty "off" odor from standing water. The odor was less offensive the next morning, but was still there. The odor seemed to be only in the halls; the room was clean and fresh and comfortable.

We were allowed to store our luggage behind desk, before our flight . That was convenient !

Front desk female was ok, but seemed too quick to answer questions. She seemed way too busy.

Staff was courteous, efficient and very helpful.

I needed a hotel close to the airport and it doesn't get much better than this! Walk to two choices of restaurants, comfy king bed, easy to control A/C, friendly accomodating staff, glad I stayed here.I think its pretty good

Das Hotel bietet einen sehr guten ZImmer-Komfort in einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Eignet sich sehr gut als Uebernachtungsort vor dem Abflug, oder für geschäftliche Aufenthalte. Die Lage ist flughafennahe, trotzdem aber sehr ruhig.

Das inbegriffene Frühstücksbuffet ist für einen Europäer doch eher bescheiden.

we could not take advantage of the free shuttle because it stopped running at 11:00 and our flight got in at 10:45 p.m. LaQuinta runs until 12:00

Everything went perfect. Very happy that you had the Big Ten channel for basketball. Will use Comfort Inn on our next visit, shuttle to airport was very handy and driver was extremely friendly

Das Hotel liegt ca. 3 km vom International Flughafen weg,und ist in 10 mn mit dem Auto erreichbar. Super.

Da wir nur eine Nacht verbracht haben, können wir uns hier nicht über irgendwas beklagen.

Location, Quiet Atmosphere,

Whirlpool/Jaccuzi was absent, Continental Breakfast was poor--eggs were terrible every day and sausage and biscuits is a southern food, variety would have been nice i.e. bacon, sausage.
