Very satisfied! We were very warmly welcomed, the staff responded to our requests made on the online booking, we enjoyed the free breakfast and also the free shuttle. Not to mention the bed or the WiFi.
I didn't like that we were situated in the basement, but anyhow we stayed only overnight, so it's not bad!
Free coffee, water, parking, shuttle bus to airport, and two double beds were good.
Less choice of breakfast
just the location, food could have been better, housekeeping should have done a better job of cleaning the room the bathroom was not cleaned they only replace the towels for a 3 day stay. The a/c was left on in the room for a whole day in 5 degree weather after housekeeping left.

Easy access to highway..room was pretty clean..reasonable rate
The channel lineup was not accurate with no espn..breakfast was inadequate..parking was limited to 6 spots..no elevator to bring in luggage you have to carry bags downstairs. .1st floor rooms felt like we were in basement..room was not supplied with enough linen for 2 ppl

I enjoyed my stay
The gentleman who checked us in was kind and friendly, eager to help us carry our many bags to our room. We were staying one night as we had an early flight out of JFK. The airport shuttle was great, picked us up at 7:30am and took 15 mins. The night before we had taken a taxi from JFK, was $20 for other peoples reference.
The room was a little chilly upon arrival, but the heater worked well and it quickly warmed up.

The location is not very good. There are no good places to eat or see around the hotel. Subway seems far from the hotel.

decent hotel ,easy to access express way. Kinda tucked away, was very quiet.
Parking sucks 10 parking spots for the hotel, have to pay attention to the street signs for parking or you will get a ticket. You got a park in the Near by neighborhood. Watch the signs or get a ticket.
Pretty convenient to jfk but located in the outskirts of city not in airport
Walls so thin heard every word of a fight for 10 hours straight. No one slept .
Staff courtesy is excellent.
- Wake-up service is awful. I asked the front desk to wake me up at 4:30am, but they woke me up at 4am instead. - Shuttle service is deceiving. When I called in, they told me it's every half an hour. But it turned to be every an hour.
comfortable enough to spend a night between two flights
When booking I indicated the time and place where I wanted to be picked up. No reply. When I landed I called the hotel but noone picked up the phone. Ended up taking the cab that costs $20.

Very reasonable price to stay especially in New York.
The subway is a long walk from the hotel. I know there is a shuttle that takes people to the airport from the hotel but I wish there was a the same to the subway. Also, staff should call a cab for the guests not just give the phone number. Cab drivers have no idea where the Comfort Inn is.
The very comfortable bed with lots of pillows.
Was a non smoking room but as soon as I went in I could smell that cigarettes had been smoked in the room.
It was clean and kept up nicely.
You can hear everything in every direction, even pipes gurgling. Impossible to sleep soundly.
