The suite was fine. 10min from JFK. Shuttle bus was very good on timing. Some shops and restaurants very close. good for less than 2 nights stay. Quite a hike of 6 blocks to the subway station. breakfast area very small.

The room was clean. The linen was clean. There was a fridge and microwave. They gave extra linen for the sofa bed. The staff was very courteous. The free parking was minimal spaces. Maybe room for 8 cars. No room to turn around and get out of the small alley once you were in.

Proximity to airport 1. The telephones in the room did not work despite the fact I complained about this from the first night. Till I checked out after 4 nights, the telephones did not work. 2. Wifi kept going on and off.

Personnel at front desk was very polite and helpful. Shuttle picked us up at 2 in the morning, no problem at all! Happy driver. The room was perfect for a night after flying and we were able to get ready for the next leg of the trip. Room was clean. No smoke smell. Close to airport. Breakfast was decent. All in all I give this 5/5.

We chose this hotel sepcifically because of its proximity to JFK and its free airport shuttle. We were coming back from an overseas trip and staying overnight in NY before continuing our trip to our home in Ohio. We had plnety of baggages, so the shuttle was crucial. At the same time, we liked to have a quick view of NY during our ver short stay there. The hotel is about 10 min. walk from the subway station (Rockaway Bvd. station). The neighborhood seemed safe while we were waling back to the hotel from the subway station about 11 PM. The airport shuttle runs every hour on the half hour, but can serve the guest even quicker than that. It is about 10 min. driving to the airport and the driver droped us at the terminal of our flight. That was terrific. The extremely small breakfast area. We were lucky to find one couple just finished their breakfast to get their table, otherwise, we would be having a standing breakfast !

Very clean, beds amazingly comfortable, affordable, close to airport for someone overnighting in New York on way out to Canada. Breakfast that was free was not healthy, it was all pastries and junk food.

Good budget, comparing to N.Y. hotel prices.The subway station is only ten minutes walking distance. Small breackfast room. Only six small tables for the whole hotel. Very light walls. If somebody is speaking near you or watching TV in the adjacent room you are dead.
