Good location, the staff are very kind
The hotel is old
Not much to pick from for breakfast, Wi-Fi kept going out, phones didn't work so couldn't make any local calls, an much more....
The bed was comfortable
rooms were small
It was very simple and easy to get room. The staff in front desk polite and very helpful . First time here and I can say very good will be here again and it's close to restaurants .

decent hotel ,easy to access express way. Kinda tucked away, was very quiet.
Parking sucks 10 parking spots for the hotel, have to pay attention to the street signs for parking or you will get a ticket. You got a park in the Near by neighborhood. Watch the signs or get a ticket.
Pretty convenient to jfk but located in the outskirts of city not in airport
Walls so thin heard every word of a fight for 10 hours straight. No one slept .
Staff courtesy is excellent.
- Wake-up service is awful. I asked the front desk to wake me up at 4:30am, but they woke me up at 4am instead. - Shuttle service is deceiving. When I called in, they told me it's every half an hour. But it turned to be every an hour.
comfortable enough to spend a night between two flights
When booking I indicated the time and place where I wanted to be picked up. No reply. When I landed I called the hotel but noone picked up the phone. Ended up taking the cab that costs $20.
I liked the reception I received by the staff in the front office.

Very reasonable price to stay especially in New York.
The subway is a long walk from the hotel. I know there is a shuttle that takes people to the airport from the hotel but I wish there was a the same to the subway. Also, staff should call a cab for the guests not just give the phone number. Cab drivers have no idea where the Comfort Inn is.

Was a non smoking room but as soon as I went in I could smell that cigarettes had been smoked in the room.

Front counter morning staff. Breakfast food quality poor. Bugs in the cereal. Shuttle timing very bad , too long waiting at the airport for pickup with my family and 7 year kid. Also with a freezing weather. The hotel facilities need very badly some renovations. Front counter night shift very courteous.
Rude staff, shuttle service was beyond poor. They made us wait for 1 hour at the airport twice because they only run every hour. We were with small children and it was freezing cold! I've stayed at other hotels where you get picked up within minutes of calling the hotel. Breakfast was very poor, bugs in the cereal, not very clean. They checked us out of our room a day earlier, cancelled key cards on both rooms and phones as well. I'm saving this one to remember not to book it ever again!

For what we paid I didn't think the room was worth it. Not in a great location. Scary walk from train with young child in the evening (went in Nov gets dark early)
We were confused when the van showed up displaying Comfort Inn Hotel. We jumped in and found out after tipping the driver that we were at the wrong hotel. Our reservation was at the Comfort Inn and Suites. It cost us an $18 taxis ride to find some "comfort." Next time we will be more observant.
The airport shuttle
the night shift staff very rude, i had to wait 20 mins for check in..no one was available at the reception counter. Breakfast is nothing...

Staff arguing with taxi driver while guest present. How much effort does it take to vaccum a hall way after cleaning a room? Not worth the money. ALso I booked on one credit card was told no charges will occur well it did. So I switched card to pay for the entire visit so now 2 cards are charged to the comfort in and was told yesterday by Ramon that the 153.41 would be stay on my card for days. In the meantime I have to male sure that is the case.......
Some of the staff were helpful in regards to explaining where things were and how to get around. It's not The Regency or anything of the sort it's a great place for a cheap stay during a layover.
