Comfortable beds, very good complimentary breakfast, complimentary shuttle bus to airport.
The area surrounding it isn't the flashest wouldn't walk alone at night.
The room was very spacious and tidy. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfort hotel to all intent is not meant to be a holiday hotel, where one looks for to standards and comfort. For a 140 dollars hotel per nite, it is obviously not value for money. The lady at the reception desk on the morning of 28th july needs some training on customer service- insolent and rude. I will think twice before coming this way. May just be a transit hotel.
I liked the wi-fi and the ladies who came to clean our room were rather nice
I was totally unaware about the high taxes which doubled the cost of staying at the Comfort Inn. when i enquired the answer was as if you take it or leave it. I guess they had received their money so they did not care. The driver that picked us from the airport was unprofessional. Kept us waiting while he had a merry conversation with his friend. He literally threw our bags into the car and did not care if our bags got damaged. The carpets stank of urine and had no fresh smell. breakfast was stale on occasion.
Everything was clean and attractive.
Tv remote was missing batteries and the phone did not work

Proximity to JFK
Parking lot was full (I had chosen this hotel because it advertised parking) Contiental breakfast is only from 7-10 and our flight was earlier than this (I also chose this hotel because it advertised free breakfast, which I thought would be convenient with an early flight) Facilities were gross
Te front staff were polite.
The location was noisy, the cleanliness of the hotel in general left much to be desired and the shuttle driver was not particularly helpful. Definitely not good value for the money. There are much nicer hotels much closer to the airport within the same price range.

We emailed a few days beforehand to get info about the shuttle service but didn't get a reply til we were already on the plane. So we didn't know that we had to call until we called them to find out while waiting at the pick up point.

Your driver for the bus shuttle is a pretty rough character. Your cleaning services are done in the morning only - why don't you tell clients upon arrival? Breakfast hours are not suitable for holiday makers.

I didnt like the staff at all.. Starting from the receptionist.. The food maker and ending with driver that took us to the airport.. They better adjust their attitude and profionalism..
Close to metro
Easy 15 minute drive to jfk. Generaly a decent hotel, typical of most that belong to this chain.
While there Is free parking behind the hotel, there are only about 10 places. On street parking is fairly easy to come by in front of the hotel though.
Location is nice
Their is no elevator to take your luggage and place is badly managed

It was not at the airport as advertised. There was not enough parking for hotel guests. Breakfast in the warming plates was ice cold.
