    Friendly staff and interesting area - some might call it rough but I prefer "characterful "

    Shuttle pick up takes a while sometimes

    Staff was excellent, location and value for the money, was excellent!

    Needs additional parking.

    I liked the wi-fi and the ladies who came to clean our room were rather nice

    I was totally unaware about the high taxes which doubled the cost of staying at the Comfort Inn. when i enquired the answer was as if you take it or leave it. I guess they had received their money so they did not care. The driver that picked us from the airport was unprofessional. Kept us waiting while he had a merry conversation with his friend. He literally threw our bags into the car and did not care if our bags got damaged. The carpets stank of urine and had no fresh smell. breakfast was stale on occasion.

    People behind the desk were good.

    The breakfast was gone very fast. Before we got down there at 7:30.

    Proximity to JFK

    Parking lot was full (I had chosen this hotel because it advertised parking) Contiental breakfast is only from 7-10 and our flight was earlier than this (I also chose this hotel because it advertised free breakfast, which I thought would be convenient with an early flight) Facilities were gross

    Te front staff were polite.

    The location was noisy, the cleanliness of the hotel in general left much to be desired and the shuttle driver was not particularly helpful. Definitely not good value for the money. There are much nicer hotels much closer to the airport within the same price range.

    The staff were very nice and helpful. The Wifi was excellent

    We emailed a few days beforehand to get info about the shuttle service but didn't get a reply til we were already on the plane. So we didn't know that we had to call until we called them to find out while waiting at the pick up point.

    The front desk lady who was on duty on Friday 27 June is

    Your driver for the bus shuttle is a pretty rough character. Your cleaning services are done in the morning only - why don't you tell clients upon arrival? Breakfast hours are not suitable for holiday makers.

    I didnt like the staff at all.. Starting from the receptionist.. The food maker and ending with driver that took us to the airport.. They better adjust their attitude and profionalism..

    Easy 15 minute drive to jfk. Generaly a decent hotel, typical of most that belong to this chain.

    While there Is free parking behind the hotel, there are only about 10 places. On street parking is fairly easy to come by in front of the hotel though.

    It was not at the airport as advertised. There was not enough parking for hotel guests. Breakfast in the warming plates was ice cold.

    Lack of parking. Room seems dark. View in the suite was of residential backyards.

    very good is big enough...breakfast was ok ....10 minutes walk from the metro...

    neighbourhood is not the best...parking can be challenging...

    The front desk employee was excellent, she let us check in early and check out late.

    The AC needs to be replaced, noisy.
