La Quinta Inn & Suites Airport West  

Nice, big room and free convenient parking.

Some of the other guests were a bit noisy, especially going by the room; Can be avoided by selecting room location more carefully.

Convenient location as we were only there between flights.

The carpet in the room needed cleaning.

Continental breakfast was awesome!

Good value for the money. There was enough parking, and that was nice. Room was attractive.

Oddly enough, the pillows were so thick that they were uncomfortable for sleeping (nice for watching tv). Walls were thin enough that you could hear your neighbors and I was often awakened by people with early flights pulling their luggage past my door.

It was just a one-night stay with my mother so we could relax before taking our plane back home to Virginia. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

The ice machine was impossible to find, and when I asked where it was I found out there was only one and it was on the third floor on the totally opposite corner from where my room was. A little inconvenient.

I chose La Quinta because of the free shuttle and continental breakfast. Unfortunately, I couldn't reall take advantage of the free breakfast because I had to leave at 5:00am each morning and breakfast did not start till 6:00am. I was a bit disappointed, however, it 's not a major thing. One of the evening staff was very kind and helpful. I am not sure if her name was Carole.

The location, near the airport was very convenient for me because I had a flight next day in the morning.

There are no dishes, cutlery, pans...anything in the kitchnette.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. It had a refrigerator, a microwave, coffee, a great continental breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were quite comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. We will be staying there again on our next trip to San Francisco.

No complaints whatsoever.

The price was very reasonable and the staff were terrific. The suttle to the airport was right on time and the driver was very polite and attentive.

I have stayed at this resort previously, and was excited to return. I had mistakenly booked the wrong night, one night after I needed it, and didn't catch the error until the afternoon of the stay. I called the Booking.com number, and was assisted by a wonderful person (I didn't write his name down, and regret that, because he was awesome) and explained my dilemma. He heard me out, and then put me on hold. A few minutes later he returned, and I was pleased to hear that the reservation had been switched--at no additional cost to me. Hurray! I gave him a verbal "High-five," and am glad to say that I will return to this site in the future! The hotel was great, and I had a very spacious room. They even called me a few minutes before the shuttle arrived for the airport run in the morning, to ensure that I'd be there in time! I am proud to say that I will be back to both booking.com and La Quinta Inn!
