The room was spacious. When I got to hotel i was told it was not a comfort inn anymore. That was a big disappointment staff was weird.

I liked it when I checked out The room was gross, reeked of smoke, my clothes actually smelled like cigarettes and I don't smoke, cars were drag racing at 1 am, no pots, plates or silverware in the suite. Things like the air conditioner and TV looked like they were installed by a monkey, unpatched holes in the walls, just awful.

nothing! Wall paper falling from walls, sticky kitchen floor, train running next door, dirty carpet. I will never stay here again!!!

The room we stayed in was great except for the carpet. Other than that , everything else was good. The Continental breakfast was great. The staff were gracious and friendly. I would have liked 2 have a microwave ...... We didn't like the Smelly carpet and couches.

The front desk receptionist Carla was exceptional with all our many accommodations. That the picture on their website has a microwave in it and they do not come with it unless you request it. I didn't find that out until we checked in. Also the picture of the Queen Jr. suite appears to be bi-level, well they do have one but it is not the one that we got, it cost an additional $30 more but that is not discovered until we got to the room. I also didn't like how they want you to check in @ 3 pm and out @11am its not even 24hrs. What a rip off. So I requested an early check-in at no additional cost and a noon check out so I can get my monies worth.
