Its comfortable ,clean sheets , generally good price.
The high pricing on the smaller rooms
Staff was very cooperative and pleasant. Convenient to everything we needed to be at. Rooms spacious and clean.
Very 80's decorations. hard beds but slept well on them. I was told the hotel was going to be completely renovated beginning next month. I hope you do it because it is a convenient location - out of the city of close to everything.
It was a nice set up , the room was cozy and comfortable Overall I enjoyed my night. The fireplace was a nice touch as well.
It was very clean don't get me wrong however I cleaned the nightstands and table on my own which revealed a lot of dirt on the white cloth. Overall opinion is that the cost should be cheaper considering I had to clean the tables and toilet myself.
The check in staff lady was nice and explained everything well
The smell of mildew/ smoke. The noise from the above tenant that was staying in the room on top of me. I kept thinking they would fall through at anytime
Smart TV and internet access
Lots of room in the mini queen suite. full size kitchen and large sitting area, about twice the size of a typical Travel Lodge room. Perfect for an extended stay.
They did not put out a breakfast as advertised. I have stayed here in the past and like to have a light breakfast before starting the day. There are not many eateries in the area.
Good value for junior suite
Shower/ tub did not drain at all. Very disgusting.
The staff was great and helpful. Going in I didn't know what to expect but walking in room I checked it out and it was clean, had everything I needed, bed was a bit too hard but I do like a firmer bed. Easy access to the 405 freeway and close to shopping center. There was enough parking spaces on lot so it was a relief not parking my car out on the street. I recommend this hotel and you can't beat the price through booking.com
Easy access to the 405. Easy parking. Fireplace
Smelled funny. Was a little dark
Room was in point.. Very clean
The attitude , friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff.
Being deceived by the raving reviews , the obsolete ragedy condition of the furniture, the open patch in the cieling , the fact that the A/C only cools one part of the room unless you run it on high cool at the lowest temperature, the train or passing trucks shakes the building like an earthquake, insecure parking , and no lobby or available restroom .
Large rooms, clean bathroom, full kitchen, living room, fireplace, continental breakfast
Other guests were noisy
The price n fireplace.
staff was very nice
WIFI never worked, the cable box was mounted on back of TV and I had to use the control behind the TV every time. The WIFI was very irritating.
friendly staff spacious room love the breakfast
Didn't like how the price change of the rate change I was told one inline price then checked in different PRICE
fireplace in the room was a nice touch.
We originally booked the queen jr. suite room. Upon check-in, they told us that those rooms have flooded so they are going to give us 2 "regular" rooms that were connected via doors inside the rooms. We didn't need 2 rooms since it was just my boyfriend and I but since we booked through booking.com and got a good rate, it'd be more expensive if we just took one room at Travelodge's rate, so we took it. The rooms were alright... pretty standard. We rented it for 4 nights. Upon the 2nd night, we noticed something on the ceiling of the shower... FUNGUS was growing! Literally small mushrooms! AND! the door of the 2nd room suddenly stopped locking. The key was not needed to open it. We told the front desk worker and they said to give maintenance a little bit of time to fix it, so we went out and about for the whole day. When we got back, the problem WASN'T solved; still unlocked. Finally it was time to leave. We told the front desk of what happened and she didn't do or say anything. Just continued to check us out and handed us the receipt. Needless to say, NEVER going back.
Staff very good and manger allowed us to check out later as we had a late flight out of LA. It was very much appreciated. Location suited us. Shopping centre within walking distance.
The fact that they stay out of your business.
You do not receive room service every day if u stay more then 1day
Fireplace in room makes it kind of cozy. Spacious room.
"Non-smoking" room was really smelly. We had to leave the windows open over night, so it was really loud from traffic noise. The fluorescent light bulbs and their harsh blue-white light destroyed all the romantic feeling the fireplace could have created.
No hassle check in and out quick and easy good price
This is a vary nice historic building with updated rooms, kitchenettes with granite counter tops',covered on site parking and a nice garden for smokers. The grounds and parking area are kept nice and clean. I would say that this property isn't too bad and has good potential.
We reserved a room with one queen bed, a seating area, and fire place as stated on our receipt. When we got there we were put into a room with two queen beds one so close to the fire place we couldn't enjoy it and no seating area. We had one desk chair between the two of us to share. The top of the fridge doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned same with the ledge behind the sink and if you plan on cooking anything bring your pot nothing is provided, and the hall carpets can use a good cleaning. We were on the first floor and two nights into our stay they put a couple with a child in the room right above us that ran across the floor all hours of the night and early morning. I went to the front desk to try and get our room changed for possibly the one we originally purchased but were told we would have to wait until the next morning when the manager came in. Well we have dealt with the running child for two nights now and only have one night left. If we had had a positive outcome we would have extended our stay an additional three or four nights. It's times like this where we've learned long ago not to book all our stay up front so we can bail and go where we know we will have an enjoyable stay.
The lay out of the loft suitr.
