Friendly and helpful staff.
Jacuzzi in room does not work. The windows in our room had frosted glass and we could not see out.
Pay to park
The location was convenient. The rooms were clean.
The shower was horrible! Half the water came out of the spout instead of the shower head. I reported the problem. They said they looked at it but it was working fine. I was standing in ankle deep water after a ten minute shower and struggled to get the shampoo out of my shoulder-length hair due to the minimized water flow.
Great location and a very large room.
The wifi didn't work in my room; I had to go to the lobby for signal.
Heater didn't work & the was cold
The staff was kind, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast (that included hot food) was a treat!
TINY bathroom in room! Shower curtain replacement rod lowered so curtain dragged in the bottom of the tub. First floor public female restroom-no soap, cracked toilet tank cover, vinyl finish peeling.
Location and stuff and breakfast good.
Cleaning was a little bad we found Ants on the table. And smelling around our room bad.
Would be good to have some fruits in the breakfast
Mattress was very old and should be retired to the mattress dump (very uncomfortable). Bathtub had broken fixtures, shower head fixture uncontrollable.
Good location- close enough to the French quarter to walk everywhere, but without the constant party noise! Really big comfy rooms and bathrooms, and all very clean. Great breakfast buffet too!
Location was good. Staffs were also good.
Only WiFi signal was not good for me, it was very weak in my room.
Staff had nasty Attitudes! Room had smell. Parking to get valet was almost impossible. Had to make 10 blocks before I was able to park in front of the mobile. Front desk was not friendly and had horrible attitudes. Dining area was too small.
Did not like that we had to park three blocks away and it was an additional fee added on to the room.
location location location
breakfast :( very basic
The staff was amazing! They were very helpful and very friendly.
excellent location, very friendly staff, parking very accessible, dinerfood great and reasonably priced and very clean.
no pool, but then again with everything to do and see in new orleans , dont know if i'd have time to use it
Myself and my wife like the fact that everything was in walking distance that we wanted to do,that was my 2nd time staying at the comfort inn, and I will be back.
I think that the rooms are a little high money wise,
right by Bourbon Street
Beds were clean and comfortable. Towel were adequate.
Bath mat was not really visible. I actually saw it after I had slipped.
Breakfast was better than most, parking was reasonable and convenient
First off, we found a hair (weave) on the floor upon entering. This was no surprise to the front desk staff but they gave us a 15% discount. We checked out and immediately remembered we left something in the refridgerator. When we asked if we could just go get it real quick, we were told there was someone already in the room. (Impossible! Considering time of check-out and fact not more than 10 mins went by before we returned to reclaim our items.)
The parking area was not good for me, it was overcrowded and very small, they offer valet parking but told me I would have to park my own car
The valet parking!! Took us over a hour to get our car to leave!! They gave us the run around!! Very dissatisfied!!
Ants in the bed no lie ants co ndom wrapper found on floor gross
The representative when I checked in was an older Caucasian male with thick glasses who needs to obtain better Customer Service skills. Slapping door keys down along with driver's license is unacceptable when someone hands them their information. Just rude and very unacceptable especially for a guest to experience such level of disrespect.
