Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown New Orleans    

The Staff at this hotel were very accommodating. They were extremely pleasant & went above & beyond to make sure we had our needs met. Our room had a sofa bed but it didn't look very nice or supportive, so the guy (can't remember the name) came up & brought a rollaway bed b/c there weren't any other available rooms to move us to. I thought that was very accommodating. The place also included breakfast & 0n wkends that bfkt included bacon & eggs - Now thats a great deal!!! The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do & was easy for friends & family to get to. I would definitely stay there again.

The only fault I found with this hotel was there was no pool!

The day we were to check in was day of the New Orleans cbd power outage. While I understand the power outage was not the fault of the hotel, the hotel staff was not communicative or accommodating during the outage. Once power was restored to the building by the power company, it was several more hours before the hotel staff leaned how to transfer service back to utility power.

The staff made up for what the hotel lacked. Wifi does not work well (less than 1 bar) in the hotel rooms (only in the central area of hotel). Easy walking to Canal street and French Quarter...

Location was great and near to the fun of Bourbon Street. Facilities were of good standard.

The location of the hotel. And the day shift lady's were nice and helpful. They went as far printing me out a easter parade route so i can take my kids. And the housekeeper lady was nice and friendly too.

Ok they say free breakfast but that watch you like a hawk. I guest he was the manager he walk around in the eating area to see what u had got. He make you feel not weclome. They had ants in there juice machine. Parking is to far off should be right at the hotel.The area where you park was to close together.

The location and room size was perfect for the event I was in New Orleans, La for.

The shower leaked/dripped all night and could be heard in the room. The eating area for breakfast is too small. It was standing room early at 9:30.

Close to everything. Close to the cruise terminal, which is why we picked this location. Price was great.

The staff were very nice, especially the day manager. The rooms were very clean and room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the extra pillows were such a nice touch.

Price. Many others at convention felt same way. Uped the price for Superbowl and didn't come down after. Recommendation to HIMSS convention sponsor that they not return to New Orleans

Parking...expensive and too far away from hotel. Valet took my car to the wrong hotel. Waited 45 minutes for it until I finally asked. That's when they realized the mistake.

Staff always helpful, there was always someone at the front dest to answer questions, they were very considerate of me checking out a little late because of my marathon that weekend, I have stayed there before and will stay there again,

It was small but was all we needed since we were gone all most all day except for a quick nap and shower.....The staff was very nice!

My 7 friends and I stayed from Friday to Sunday. Everything was in walking distance great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful with us finding things to do. We liked it so much we booked again for the jazz festival. Prefect place to stay close to bourbon st canal and all the fun u can imagine

Location and recommendations from staff.

The first was the elevator which looked as though it had not been cleaned in several days and the carpeting really needed replacement. The bathroom's baseboards had pulled away from the wall and in a few places it had been stapled to a stucco walll---which doesn't work. It looked rather dirty and uncared for. Not very pleasant.

I like the fact that the staff was very friendly and could assist you with any questions you had such as parade times,street names and etc....I also like the fact that this hotel was within blocks to canal,bourbon and other famous streets in New Orleans so you could park and walk.It was a very nice hotel and the price was just right!!!!

Location is close to everything we wanted to see and staffs were friendly. The room was clean and nice inside. We did not have to drive, just walked to French Quarter and around the downtown area.

The mattresses need updating. My husband and I kept "falling" into the middle. Brought back memories of my childhood!
