Rooms were good and staffs were friendly

There are only tree smallest table for breakfast and also breakfasts were poorest. Also almost no lobby place. if you stay in rooms only, that time yes I recommend. otherwise no, I do not strongly recommend!!!

My husband had issues with the television. It would shut off automatically about every hour. I didn't see it as a real concern, just turn it back on, but it really annoyed him.

If you need a hotel near the airport, is not a bad option... but better go to another one in the same street.

The treatment of Sunil (GM) the room had a really strong tobacco smell. If you can, avoid this hotel

the room was clean

the room was next to the elevator so we couldn't sleep from the travelers on and off the elevator. Soap smelled like shoe polish. Bed made my back hurt.

Amanda, the front desk gal, was great. She spent about 10 minutes planning our itenary for the BART transit system and the different bus lines we would ride in SF. She also helped me find my lost phone (lol). She was very down to Earth, friendly, and professional. We liked the closeness to the airport, literally across the freeway. The breakfast was more than we expected:eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, bagels, and all the AM beverages. The rate was probably the most appealing aspect. A year ago my best friend ended up paying double the rate for a less than stellar hotel in South SF.

The room was immaculate, however the first floor seemed a bit musty, perhaps it needed more windows. The view from our room was a cornerstore. Again, not so appealing. My husband and I walked from the hotel to the San Bruno BART about 5/4 of a mile away, and the neighborhood didn't make us feel very comfortable. We took BART to the airport on the way back to avoid walking San Bruno at night. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport, so that was cool.

Hotel was clean. Needed to have extra mat for bathroom floor since it was tile and cold in the morning. Otherwise it was good.

Parking is a pain, like small cars are ok, bigger cars its very tight,and not many spaces.

I did like that it's only 4 to 5 minute drive from Airport & the same way back. Also this hotel provides shuttle service every hour to the Airport which I found very convenient. As the main reason i chose this hotel is to stay over night to catch the early morning flight.

i got a room right near the elevator which made a noise every time it moved. I can't think of anything else. for the price i paid, i had a breakfast and free WiFi (currently staying at the hotel where I'm paying 4 times more/day and still they charge me 25usd/day for WiFi internet).

It was a horrible experience. They overcharged for the room and charged me a $250 smoking fee even though they said in the end, it wasn't smoke they smelled. The manager didn't want to talk to us and hid inside his office while the front desk talked to him on the phone. Do not stay at this place.

I hated everything about this place. Inconsiderate employees and managers. I had to drive back to the hotel to try and get my money back. And we were already two hours away. They ruined my whole weekend and since they took out that $250 my account overdrafted. And in the end, I didn't get a single sorry.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The free shuttle to the airport was great, although it only comes once an hour.

I think the carpet and the bedding (bedspread) could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was adequate.

The hotel is perfect for access to San Francisco International Airport. It's not plush but it is clean and affordable, with nice beds, too.

It's not in a good place for walking to dining. But we only stayed one night for an early flight away, so it was fine.
