Elevator needed repair.
really don't have anything nice to say
there was an empty bag in the room. used soap was in the shower and a shower cap was hanging behind the door on the door knob. could not sleep because people were out in the hallway making all kind of noise. next year I will stay at the country inn. next door
The hotel has gone under some remodeling, some areas still need attention but overall it was a good value for the money. We were in town for the Hot Chocolate Run and the proximity to the start was great. We will stay again next year as long as the price stays reasonable
Elevator was a little shaky and the grout in bathroom could be redone. Halls had a little stale smoke smell but the hotel is now smoke free.
Easy to go to city centre by Bus. All facilities are excellent!
Even though Turner Field Stadium and the bus stop are right in front of the hotel, it is difficult to go out at night using the public transport.
I like the breakfast The free W-Fi Is was nice
The room down the hall was smoke out & I had student that didn't need to be around that
Location(was very close to the start of my race) Price
Wifi was very sketchy
The location was amazing but we drove around several times, because the sign says comfort inn
The surprise $25 Extra deposit that was charged without my knowledge.
The location was good and the staff were helpful.
The hotel name (Comfort Inn) on the bldg. does not match the hotel reservations of Grant Park. We, and friends who met us there, drove past the hotel several times looking for the name "Grant Park Hotel".
comfort and cleanliness
everything was perfect.
It was ok.
I did not like the fact that I thought the hotel was a more higher standard than it was they could have just said it was a comfort inn instead of miss leading by saying grant hotel.
The room was a nice size w/fridge and microwave. Location in good spot, mear highway.
The hotel is a Comfort Inn literally. Nothing written that says Grant Park. So you're paying for a basic hotel. Shady. Bathrooms horrible and elevator not working.
Location to Hot Chocolate start line! Free breakfast!
We were running the Hot Chocolate race the next morning and every vending machine in the entire hotel was out of bottled water. One vending area was out of service and the carpet all around the vending room was soaking wet.
Southern hospitality at its best!
Water pressure a little low.
We came to town for the Hot Chocolate 15k..Breakfast wasn't supposed to start till 0630..but do to the early start of our run, the staff started breakfast at 0530!! Very nice..
Everything was top notch for us..no complaints..
A quiet place close to main way
A little far to find delicious
Great security Great location Clean
Elevator was scary - used stairs. No one was available to check me out - just left my card keys on desk, had to be at a tournament. Bed slouched to the center.
Great place for the price. Front desk very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great!!
The bed was comfortable
The room had a lot of damages. The ottoman was stained and there were roaches in the room. The toilet paper had not been changed and the shower curtain was broken so we couldn't close the curtain to shower. The tub wasn't clean, it was just a mess. This was my worse stay ever.
I love the location and the cost. Perfect for what I needed.
However, there was hair all over the bathroom. In the shower. In my towel!! Pretty gross.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable and large.
I like that location was convenient
The aesthetics of the building
Room was ok, breakfast not very tasty, unfortunately.
Extremely unsafe location!!! We were warned many time by everybody not to even think about going by foot around or to the city center. Very unsafe neighborhood!!!
I liked the breakfast set up and the lobby set up
The elevators are scary and one was being repaired. The door opens and you see the elevator drop into place. It was funny because other guests said the same thing and everyone was using the stairs
Spacious rooms, large comfortable beds. Good size flat screen TVs. Plentiful parking.
Everything else. Facility is completely runned down. Delapidated exterior and landscaping. Hotel staff tried to overcharge me for the room. Two elevators, one working but in bad condition that I was afraid to use it (my room was on 6 floor). Breakfast buffet was an absolute joke, stale collection of junk food, simply gross. How this hotel earned three stars is beyond me, never again...
