Room was the way I expected.

Customer service is worst. I made a complain about the service and they promise to get back within 72 hrs but it's almost a 6 days never heard back. Irresponsible.

just for overnight travel

rooms are old with few extras that cost very little. not very lively. with few simple changes, it will attract more customers

I initially did not like my room they changed it no problem and this to me is very important . I really enjoyed my stay very relaxing.

They did not have my booking but I had my email not only did the honor they gave a very nice room with a larger bed facing the courtyard.

Noise from other guest at night was excessive

My room was clean, and overlooked the courtyard. The couryard area was very pretty, yet functional as was evident by the many picnics and folks simply reading on the various benches. Would recommend.

I had difficulty finding my room....the even/odd number arrangement was a bit cumberson and I felt like that should have been better explained upon check-in.....

In an industrial, business area, with heavy construction. One needs a car to go to a restaurant, etc.

The room was big, clean, relaxing and not too far from the swimming pool. The breakfast was also good. Friendly and helpful staff, and reasonable prices I will definitely go back.

No room service,

I thought the price was fair and the continental breakfast was good. The staff were courteous and accommodated my desire to check in a little bit earlier.

I thought that due to it's motel configuration, it made for a very noisy atmosphere especially at night when trying to sleep. Newly arriving guests were very discourteous by talking or yelling loudly outside of the rooms. It's close proximity to the airport made for people arriving late at night. I would not stay there again for that one reason. My sick daughter was sleeping and woken up by people outside our door (mostly foreigners).

This was a very good value -- reasonsable rate for Tysons location, very comfortable clean room, dinner and breakfast included. Best pillows!! Thank you.

Sehr, sehr abgelegene Lage. Hotelbus brachte mich zwar zum Megashoppingcenter in der Nähe, als ich wie vereinbart anrief um wieder abgeholt zu werden meinten sie, "dass Fahrer schon nach Haus gegangen ist!" Hotelbus bringt einen auch nicht in den 3 Meilen entfernten Botanischen Garten, obwohl es so auf der Webseite steht! Sehr unterbezahltes, wenig motiviertes Personal!

Open for late checkin

Woken up at 8am by workers speaking loudly outside my door.

Clean, Good shower / bathroom, good WiFi connectivity all-day through. Perfect place to hide out and not pay too much. It is a typical motel-style place, nothing fancy, just decent.

Close to Dulles Airport

Air conditioning unit was very noisy and could hear the main hotel unit as well. as a basic hotel it works, but compared to others I have used it was overpriced for what it was. decor etc was very dated.

The service staff was not properly supervised. For example, breakfast personnel incorrectly (and in a less than courteous manner) directed us to the breakfast hall reserved for chartered buses. This place was unkept, with trash littered the floor. Not that there were no one to clean. The staff there was simply indifferent and did not care.

The front desk is staffed 24 hours. The staff was very pleasant, although not completely informed about services. Beautiful grounds. Nice clean pool. Simple but tasty free breakfast. Nice flat panel tv.

There was no information about pool hours posted which caused me some confusion and impacted my ability to plan my day away. My room key discharged because it was near my cell phone in my bag. A notice could prevent having to get it recharged with an armload of bags at midnight, which happened to me. The Do Not Disturb sign is very flimsy and fell off my door handle into the outside door kick plate. The cleaning staff saw it but I did not, and I did not have any cleaning service for 2 days, getting towels and soap from the front desk on my return late one night. The room had cloth chairs and I don't think that is easy to maintain for a really clean feeling. There was a drawer pull hanging by one screw. There was something sticky in one of the drawers. Seems high priced for the quality of the rooms (older hotel) and just not that spic and span with a curled up phone cord taped to the bed stand. Should have printout specific to wireless internet access in the rooms.
