The location was good and the lobby was really nice.
Check in only had one person and people had to wait a long time to check in. The rooms were not in good shape. The doors were broken, it was not so clean and the whole place needed updating including painting. The breakfast did not have enough people working and everything kept running out. Some of the equipment was broken.
My air condition was working. The remote didn't work there was large cracks around the door where i seen lizards coming in and out.
The room was disgusting. It was completely dirty. The room air/carpet spray was so strong it stung my sinuses and gave me a pounding headache. The breakfast was a train wreck there was NO food, NO juice and 100 people pushing and shoving. What an absolute rip off. Also, I am reporting them to the Orange County Fire Marshall as there were missing fire extinguishers, missing hoses and broken fire cabinets all throughout the property. What a horrible experience.
Front desk staff were very apologetic, but clearly embarrassed.
1. Changed room 3 times and each one was worse. 2. Rooms smelled of smoke, filth, and mold. 3. Air conditions did not work and when they did they were loud. 4. Shower stall was disgusting and we had to take a shower with flip flops. 5. Toilet did not flush in one room. 6. Washing machines out of order.
It was a little run down
The pool , the location and the lobby is nice and big you can relax and drink a cup of coffee or the (is much better then stay in your own room unless you are ready to go to bed)
The toilette Seat was orrible ,the building is old , the rooms was not well clean, a bed rail frame was stiking out of the but it was covered by the blankit so it end up my hurting my husband he was just walking by the bed and the coffee machine was busted I had to wait over 1hour and a half for getting a new one, and of their elevetor was out of use and we had to walking a longer way to get to the second elevetor and the bed blanket had holes and then were very stiff and the pillows Too hard . The kids pool was out of service and it was very very hot in the game room.
Front desk staff was very nice and understanding. From the moment we came in she was polite and friendly. Towards are short stay she was nice and understanding.
The room was hideous. Mattress was being held by staples which poked my 8yr old on the leg. Upon discovering the mattress being held by staples, the inside of it was filthy. The room smelled like feet and it was dingy. Behind the fridge was black little balls or something that looked like dead dried insects. The tub was dingy and old. The room was outdated and not clean. We learned a lesson, cheap cheap hotels come with cheap cheap room care.
Only the location is acceptable And don't know why this hotel still on your list You all should go that hotel once then decide if you still want keep them in your list We were disappointed a lot
We drove 15 hours from Houston when we get to the room was smell bad we have to move to other one after moved just noticed the carpet was wet so move to the 3rd one "tired tired tired" We have to stay cuz "tired" The next morning I was breakfast they gave every 2 eggs and 2sausage but when I asked for 4sausage , they told me can only have 2 , I asked that show me your policy state that , you know what that black server said? He said " I am the policy" so awful don't you think ?
the king room had coffee maker and refridgerator micro wave
Everything was fair accord my vacations and what I spected, I will return nex year.
The breatfast, no to many choices on food's.
the air conditioner was cold and the bed was comfortable
the room was dirty, the bathroom had mold, broken tiles, and badly patched holes in the walls. the breakfast is horrible. the juice was always out, it took almost 30 minutes for my turn to make one waffle, i felt that the guys handing out a sausage patty and an egg patty was being racist to white americans. the kids pool was closed and dirty. the room smelled like dirty bottoms and i have no idea why the carpet was so dirty and felt slimy and the TV, lights, and microwave was all in the same power strip. please save your money and try somewhere else.
Location- GREAT! ROOM - GREAT!
- Location, near Wet 'N Wild and Universal
- Rude Staff. What happened to me: I did the reservation via Booking.com and printed out it. As soon as I went to the hotel they told me that they don't have a room for 3 people. What? I did a Reservation! They told me that the reservation reserves a room, not for 3 or 5 people. They wanted to give me a room for 2 people! I mean, the reservation here doesn't value anything.
This hotel was filthy. Wet carpet on the closet. Broken and moldy bathroom door. Just nasty.
Near the international drive
No Wi fi Dirty No secure No security Mantainance
price and location
room was a wreck "hot" breakfast was a joke and front desk staff seemed to not care, was a typical vacation hotel, they just wanted to move you through so they could get the next group in, wont stay again
The main entrance
Everything else.specially inside room everything is old and dirty.
Staff very friendly, great location, great hot breakfast bar, hotel fairly clean.
Wi-fi only in lobby, tv was old and had no place to connect video game, bed linens were old and worn with cigarette burns, carpet in room was dirty and sticky so we had to keep shoes on at all times, microwave was burned inside and looked unsanitary. We asked to be moved but nothing available, so the manager tried to fix or replace what she could. Hotel needs renovation and upgrades badly.
Close to the Universal studios. Has free shuttle service.
Rooms were old and a bit dirty.
the price the location
facilities are very old and needs refurbishing
Pool was open and cooling, towels available and was not busy.
We had to move rooms because the A/C did not work and the carpet beside the bathroom was flooded. Second room wasn't much better, A/C worked but wasn't very cold. Shower was like a pressure washer, would have taken paint work off the car!
location and price
ran out of sausage and eggs when we got to breakfast (20 minutes before it ended) so we went somewhere else and paid for breakfast, and got a little bit of a later start than planned. was not happy about that
Very little. This was a shocking example of a complete lack of understanding of what makes up a good hotel that customers would want to come to.
Front desk surly and unhelpful, and cannot handle complaints. Condition of hotel shocking - this could not be in Orlando! Room carpets grimy and room smelled musty. Bed cover dusty and smelly. Sheets at least were clean. Pillows were small cushion type and difficult to sleep on. Air con unit was noisy and had to be switched off at night. Electrical outlets were hanging out from the wall. The wash basin had a huge crack across it. The bathroom paint was peeling in big swathes. The extraction fan did not work. On arrival there were insufficient towels for the 4 of us. When this was queried with the front desk her response was it was not her fault and that I had to collect the additional ones from the front desk. The next morning the cleaning staff removed the towels and did not replace them. Again the same procedure of collection. The next day all seemed well. On the last night again the towels were removed and not replaced. This time the bed was hastily made up but the room was not cleaned. The last morning I asked for the manager, Dee Moonilal, who was dismissive and offered to refund the resort fee of $20. The attitude displayed was total arrogance without taking the time to establish what the issues were. Breakfast was a frantic dash to get something. There was insufficient for the number of guests in the hotel. The food was protected by staff ostensibly for them to take home after their shift. There was 1 4-slice toaster for what seemed like over 200 guests. Breakfast times were inflexible with all food being whisked away before the end time. There was insufficient tea and coffee. There was insufficient tables and chairs for the number of guests in the hotel. I am surprised that an establishment like this continues to exist. But I guess this is acceptable in the US, a first world country. It would not be acceptable in a third world country like South Africa! The owners should be slapped with a fine for deceit and not delivering on the basics of hotel keeping.
I didn't like the whole stay the place was falling apart the pool was condemnable and the staff were very unpleasant
