The toilet in our room did not work properly. The decor was old and dated. The continental breakfast consisted of only carbs. Poor variety.
We had 3 rooms and they were all humid. One of our rooms had a leaking shower that leaked continously until the morning. It was a terrible experience.
Location is ideal along a major roadway, and shopping/restaurants nearby.
The rooms are barely a step above legal code. Ants, hair in towels, hair in bed, stains in the bed, missing appliances (supposed to be included in room), and much more. To make matters worse, front desk staff is reluctant to change your room: "I'll try to work with you, but you've got to work with me. To be honest with you, you're not going to get much better with a different room." - Front Desk Attendant. I wouldn't have even considered staying in a place such as this if it was properly represented in the pictures on the website. I will not use Booking.com or it's shady properties again.
great price great location
they didn't allow me to check in and the reason was they don't cater to locals and I was from st cloud fla which is about 35 miles away from the hotel so my question is what is consider local
Couldn't find the place. Additional resort fees not included in booking advertisement . Had to use wifi in lobby and no plugs
No wi fi in rooms
The staff don't bother with your luggage no matter the number and size. It is strictly your business to convey your big luggage to the fourth floor;bring them down when checking out and put them taxi. extra care and sensitivity from your staff would help. restaurants in the facility also would help.
Very close to universal and int drive.
Walls were dirty. Looks old and tacky
The front desk staff was very professional and courteous.
No breakfast two days in a row, we were told sorry, the truck hasn't came in yet.. Then I am sitting on the bed in my boxers and the housekeeper just opens the door without even knocking, That ruined our stay, my wife was scared and very upset..
location Location Location
"Breakfast", a pool
Finess room: all machine are broken. Door to the room: almost broken. Dirty.
I needed to buy a new suitcase and the store at front entrance had the one I was looking for.
Got to sleep on the first floor place is too noise at night , was woken up several times during the night , bathroom couldn't be closed it had to be left ajar while in use and cabinets were junk, not presentable as one would expect.
I thought the price was reasonable
The security bar on the room door was broken, the plumbing in the room was loud there was a reoccurring sound of flushing. The lighting in the room was horrible. The room was older and in need of an update
Staff are not helpful , know very little about transportation , dirty place , room have many small cockroach , most off time WIFI not available in room , breakfast is very poor .
Comfy bed. You can tell they updated it. Nice linens.
Bathroom was very old.. . but extremely large! Toilet paper holder would have fallen down if I hadn't held it together each time. No wifi in room only lobby.
Elevator broke down upon arrival and was only fixed the last day when I left (I was on the 4th floor) -- so, hope you like the stairs. Laundy facilities -- horrible. Only take tokens with US$ dollar bills. I only had change with me and the hotel staff refused to change the coins to dollar bills so that I could do my laundry. OVERCHARGES -- I was promised one rate on booking.com when I booked and was charged a higher rate when I checked in -- staff did not care and automatically billed my credit card whether I agreed or not. Ended up paying for an extra days amount of hotel charges. This is a scam hotel. SCAM #1 -- this is not "WOW Resort", this is a "Quality Inn" and, anything but quality. If you are arriving at night looking for a Wow Resort sign, don´t -- look for Quality Inn sign. Do that anyway in the daylight. SCAM #2 -- deceptive marketing and advertising practices by booking.com and Quality Inn. Look elsewhere, I will never return to this hotel.
The common areas were clean and well-kept. Staff was friendly.
This is the 2nd time I have completed this review. The 1st set of keys did not work, I had to go back to office. When I got into the room, it smelled very musty. I discovered the carpet was very wet. Back to the office for another room. When I got to the next room, one of the keys did not work. I did not go back to the office as I had 1 working key.
I rented two rooms next to each other for two days. They were able to accommodate us, even though they were sold out. I would stay there again.
name of Hotel changed and we could not find it. It is the Quality Inn and have not put up new signs that says WOW Inn. The closet door was off the hindges, fingernail polish was all over sink and dresser. Bathroom was dirty. Looks like door, walls and floor had not been cleaned in bathroom. AC two rooms down squeeled all night.
I liked the location and the price. I did like the coffee-maker, microwave, and refrigerator in the room.
I did not like not being able to check-in in a expedient manner. I did not like the look of the room once inside. I did not like the smell of the bathroom or the mold and rust that were present. I did not like the torn, bleach-stained comforters on the beds.
the bed was comfortable and room cleaned everyday. the shower was hot
elevator was broke and on the top floor. Breakfast had limited options. Shower produced more water than the plug can get rid of so stood in small puddle every shower. Had to ask this hotel if it was the wow resort cos currently displaying quality inn
Great Disadvantage is Name of Resort WOW Resort is in Not Displayed anywhere Name Plate still i was showing Quality Inn so i am roaming in road for 1.5 hour that is terriable. I call to Resrt Phone No but no one picked my call i was happen during night 10.30 pm.
Is a cheap hotel and you expect what you have. Is clean and beds not bad.
Staff is rude and non trained with any type of manners. In this type of details is when you see the differences between companies. I wished to do a complain and they denied to provide me with mandatory complain sheet. The manager was so bad, the front desk so bad... They treat people terrible. I left the hotel one night before and went to Jefferson hotel. Cheaper and much better.
I liked nothing at this hotel.
everything. this is nothing like advertised. I was stucked in the elevator for 45 minutes, the bedroom door could not close properly, the bed linen dilapidated, just an excuse of a wow hotel. nothing wowed me
the location and staff
housekeeping and maintaince
When we checked in, the room door was open, and the room was not cleaned.
