mould on walls and ceiling, strong mouldy smell, very dirty floors and back of bed very dirty, sheets spotted with black marks, bathroom door coming off hinges and could not close, wood on doors and skirting boards very poor condition, and shedding
Great location, rooms are pretty spacious, very quiet
They should upgrade the tv's from the old box tv's. Abd there are very few channels. My door handle was messed up and hard to turn and open. The shower drains painfully slow.
First room may have been fabulous, but we couldn't get into it-the door lock was broken! Second room-no working power on one wall so no TV. Also, no refrigerator or coffee maker. Third room had TV, refrigerator & coffee maker, but also broken door handle to bathroom and mold on ceiling of bedroom.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION Fridge & Microwave Price
Rooms Outdated Thin Walls Dirty Continental Breakfast was only cereal Uncomfortable Beds Damaged Furniture
The only thing anyone could possibly like about this place is the price
Dirty, No phone, remote broken, tv dated and barely worked, bugs, no wireless internet outside the lobby, I could go on and on but the point is unless you are dead broke there is no reason to consider this place
AC worked. I wasn't murdered.
Holes in the walls around sockets, stains on walls, phones broken in both rooms I tried, people sitting in walkways around the hotel well past midnight, security latches on doors were loose, giant trash pile behind the hotel. Definitely the worst hotel I've ever been to.
Location to the Orange Co. Convention Center, price
Outdated, poor staff, the 'breakfast' was a joke and only consisted of lukewarm coffee, watered down juice, bran cereal, toast, & a danish.
Friendly staff. Everything looks clean. Excellent comfort.
The bathroom toilet was a little loose. The breakfast was cold and too watery the juice.
Nothing good about this place except the hotel was close to the convention center and they did offer decent towels.
Hotel is not worth even $39 a night. Shower dripped for 2 straight days. No wifi available, carpet and room was not acceptable and extremely dated. Door handle was broken and you had to kick the door to open it. Never staying here again- rather sleep in my car or in a cardboard box.
Nothing, except its location
The worst hotel I have ever booked. In fact, I cancelled my stay, as te problems were totally ignored by the management. These were: no WiFi, (although included in te offer) not working telephone, inoperative door lock, smelly and tatty room.
mold on the ceiling. walls to the touch felt like a sponge. paint chipping from the wall fell and were in the bathtub. none of the lightbulbs worked except one in the room. The only fun thing they advertised that looked fun was a little waterfall by the pool... it was out of order.. Oh and if you wanted your window open it was right next to the walkway where people can easily walk by. What really frightened me was it looked like a murder scene huge blood spots on the floor there was even blood on the dresser. This place was absolutely dreadful.
Internet didn't work; front desk manager was unprofessional. The room was dirty, smokey, leaky shower. Just awful.
Liked how close the hotel was to the theme parks.
Our room was supposed to have a safe, fridge and other accommodations. Safe had no door, there was no fridge, the room was dirty, sink/toilet not cleaned, carpet dirty, the TV remote didn't work and the phone was even missing buttons. There was also a bunch of chipped paint and slightly mismatched paint. I had to go back to the lobby for a parking pass, shampoo and conditioner AND another towel. There were 2 adults and 2 kids and 3 towels with 1 tiny bar of soap. There is more, that is just the highlights.
The location was perfect! It was in close proximity to major attractions!
The free Wi-Fi! Wi-Fi should've been accessible in every room!
I liked the location of this "hotel". Close to I drive's attractions and restaurants.
This place is not a resort. It is a run down motel reminiscent of a place where prostitutes take their johns, or where addicts shoot up heroin. The front desk attendant was chewing gum and blowing bubbles with it, one of the two lamps by the bed was broken, the bathroom door had a concave curve that wouldn't allow for it to close, the shower had either rust or cigarette burns along the edge of it, and worst of all the carpet adjacent to the bathroom room next to the bed, was damp. The safety regulations in the elevator expired in October of 2014. Even prior to noticing that,I would recommend the stairs. I almost forgot to mention that checkout is at 11am, however at 830,915 and again and 945 two ladies came by the room, pounded on the door yelling "HOUSEKEEPING" before proceeding to fling the door wide open, see bodies in bed, slam it shut then walk away. This happened three times before 11. If you enjoy roughing it, or ever wondered what it would be like to live in a third world country, I would recommend this place. If you want to sleep comfortably, buy a blanket and lay on the pavement. You'll have a more pleasant night than I did. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would rate this trash hole a negative 71. I thought $60 for one night was too good to be true and clearly it was. This is a prime example of "you get what you pay for".
I could hear my neighbors or whoever that is walking along the corridor at night
location of property, it is convenient
an old property and needs updating bad.
@$200.00 a night is an INSULT.The rooms are FILTHY and SMELLY. The bedding was also disgusting. I will never stay at this hotel again.
Localization, parking, rates.
Free wifi - in the voucher mention access from the room. Only at lobby. Facility need revamp. My impression is all rooms - same way somebody try to open the door with something. Never happen during my stay.
I checked in, saw the room an checked out. I was charged twice and am still waiting for my full refund
This place should be knocked down! First 2 rooms they gave us weren't safe or acceptable even for a budget hotel! Paid for coffee facilities and a fridge. Coffee machine didn't work and even on mentioning to reception was never replaced. The fridge froze our milk and my lunch I'd paid $16 for in Whole Foods! The rooms are grotty and the shower drips, apparently hot water wasn't included! The manager, poor guy had only been there a week and was refunding a guy as we checked out. He refunded me 1 night and apologised but had the receptionist been willing to refund me the full balance on our check in date we would never have stayed!! We renamed it The Last Resort!
Location was nice
Everything about it. Its no resort. The room was nasty.
Great location, hot showers and parking
Breakfast is limited to bread, coffee and watered-down orange juice. It used to include bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal and fresh waffles, but no longer. There is no free wi-fi in the guestrooms, only in the lobby. The rooms are horribly worn out. The wait to check in was over 20 minutes because there is never more than 1 person at the front desk.
Beds are comfortable, decent sized rooms. Morning front staff is more pleasant and has great customer service. Served breakfast.
The look of the room. Also some of the front staff look like as if they don't want to be there ( night staff).
I have pictures. All metal items were rusty. Room smelled moldy and had water damage. WIFI is so weak is is nonexistent except in lobby. Maid staff holds rooms hostage NO ONE AT ALL can check in before 3PM. This means there is a very long line snaking all over the lobby at once to check in. My friends room still wasn't ready at 4:45.
