I like nothing...
One of the front desk doesn't have education....definitely, it was the worst hotel which I stayed...
Bed was comfortable.
Housekeepers would not clean the room all the way. The WiFi is horrible. I would have to go to the reception to use it. The room smelled really bad when you came In, so I had to turn on the ac for the smell to somewhat go away. The carpets are disgusting. I found a pair of slippers, which they were not mine.. Again housekeepers not such a good job, if they couldn't even lift the skirt of the bed to find the shoes. Imagine how the room itself was cleaned.
The beds were very comfortable, the optional free breakfast was nice and the location was great, lots of good places to dine, close by. Great place to stay if you're on a budget
The door handles were falling off, had trouble getting into the room, toilet ran constantly, had to keep the bathroom door closed so we could sleep at night.
Thos was a good hotel for the 40 we spent. You have to remember that this is not a Marriott hotel. It is not the best hotel around but for the price it was not bad either.
low price ($36 a night), clean, and the staff was friendly and polite.
Issues with the front door. It didn't want to open of close properly. The bathroom door didn't close all the way. The water in the tub ran constantly. Not just a drip, but a steady steam that would not shut off. The paint job was atrocious. A good half inch of color on apposing walls. A channel guide would have been nice. Having to scroll through channels to find something to watch was annoying. the air conditioner was unreliable. It had to be set really low (65 degrees or lower (burr)) for it to work properly.
I wouldn't stay at this hotel again even if it was free. Horrible!
The location was great. It's really close to I-4 and International Drive. They offer shuttle service to the parks, as well sale tickets to them. Staff was nice. The microwave and fridge worked fine. We only stayed for one night, and would really consider staying there again if I had to stay up to 3 nights.
It was difficult to get into the room and the bathroom. The doors weren't working right. There was a leak in the shower that wouldn't let us sleep. The elevators inspection was past due, and the could use some work as well. I had requested in the reservation for some extra pillows since I recently had surgery had trouble sleeping. Never got them. Our floors ice machine wasn't working. The microwave was missing the turn table glass plate. The carpeting, bathroom and furniture could use some improving.
We had no washcloths, our room had bugs. The hotel was old and very dirty. I would never recommend this resort to nobody. The staff uniforms looked very unclean. The breakfast was old. Just not a good stay.
no wifi, didn't clean our room until we begged them to, it is not managed very well horriable breakfast it was so bad we would just sit and laugh at it, seriously it is toast with watered down coffee and OJ. we stayed for a week. never again sorry but that is the truth.
the staff was very courteous
minor remodeling is needed. the carpet needs redoing.they have a oder
The location is excelent to Universal Studios.
Need more option in breakfast menu.
The place stinks like mildew/mold !
Bed was real good, towels were fluffy and nice.
Bathroom area in disrepair, areas of rust on things, broken plaster, paint stained and chipped off. Outside door looked as if it had been broken into, all pried near the latch....not good. Strange people walking around outside all night.
Price & Location, nothing much to like here other then the price & Location, place seems to not have been updated in over 20 years. We didn't really care being we merely wanted a place to crash for the night we spent all our days at the theme parks.
very very dated.... room had a musty smell to it, everything seems to be on the brink of falling apart.
nastyness of the reception attendant. Very poor.
I drove around for a little while until I walked into quality Inn to ask where wow resort was.. Horrible smell in the room. Housekeepers clean the room terribly. The paint of the rooms were coming out. The faucet was rusty. The key would work 2/6 times.. So I would have to constantly go to the front desk. Which got pretty annoying.
It was a nice stay for the money that was paid. However they need to update their service fee excluded tax. It says one thing on the website and it's another when you check in.
Baby cot was uncomfortable.. The bottom was made out of wood and the rails were metal. Not very safe for babies.
The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful when I complained
We got room 312 the mold smell was extremely overwhelmingly. The hallways were extremely dirty the pool area looked like a triangle hit. When we changed rooms the maintenance guy try to tell us that the mold smell was from the cleaning liquids they used I just laughed. It's obvious that the owners don't care for this hotel and there just trying to make as much money out of it before the place is condemned.
The doors to the rooms looked as though someone had tried to pry into them with a crowbar. There was no way to latch the door shut, so we felt extremely unsafe. Everything in the room, from the AC unit to the lamp shades to the safe and the sink was completely rusted out. There was a questionable white substance on the bedding of both beds, and no way to flush the toilet, as the lever to do so was broken. There were also virtually no outlets, and none of the lamps actually worked. I would never stay here again, even in a post-apocolyptic world consisting only of ruins.
This hotel location and transport is good
but they have not internet, and the hotel very old and wet, as well as bad smell and moldy.
Was not wow resort was run down Quality inn. pool was dirty, rooms had mold and there were leaks throughout exterior hallways, breakfast was supposed to be hot but it was toast and dining area was dirty. during check in the line was out door and there was only one person attending while others were sitting around talking. it was not a place to stay in future and would not recommend to friends.
really close to universal
the rooms had mold in them and they lost my reservation
Rooms were cold
Should've invested money into a better hotel.
