The cleaning staff was especially cordial and polite. Every time I ran into one of them they smiled and said hello. Yes! I was there to visit my son who had just gotten a job up in Buffalo. Upon check-in, the manager at that time (a tall, hyper, woman) totally ignored me, the person paying for the room for 3 days, and asked questions of my son. She wanted him to refer customers to her hotel. Very unprofessional and totally uninviting for me.2- Unhappy with cleanliness: Stepped on a pierced earring in an open area of the carpet and mold in the bathtub. 3- each day my son had to go down from the end of the 3rd floor to the desk because our entry code card didn't work. He had to get a new one each day we were there. |

The hotel was clean. The woman who check us in was very friendly and personable. She made us feel welcome. The male who was at the front desk when we checked out had no personality. We ate at the continental breakfast and upon return to our room, our card was already deactivated. We had not check out yet. When I went to the desk to inform the clrek, he never said anything, just took my card, swiped it and gave it back to me. He was not the type of person I would want to represent my hotel. |

We were able to check in a little before the check in time and the personnel was willing to cooperate with us, nice ladies! Breakfast was good, had plenty of choices. Overall the hotel was ok for how much time we spent there and how much money we wanted to spend on that trip. I wish the room were cleaner and I wish it didn't have that smell of old furniture and old carpet. We had to change rooms anyway because the first one we got had a heavy smell of smoke even if it was a non-smoking room. Nice thing the wireless is free but in the room we were in, the signal was not that strong and we could not connect to internet. |

Front desk staff was excellent. Very helpfull with directions, suggestions and with requests. Rooms where clean and comfortable. Easy access to freeway. Breakfast staff was slow to clean tables and refill buffet. Bathroom fans are very loud! |

Nice area - close to University and shopping We stayed on a hot humid night and although the air conditioning could keep the room cool it could not remove the humidity -- and the room smelled 'musty' the whole time. |

Quiet, comfortable and clean. Polite staff, very friendly. Not that anything can be done about it but when you turn the light on in the bathroom the exhast fan comes on and it's loud. There is no way to keep the light on and turn the fan off and it disturbs those that are sleeping. |

The staff was welcoming and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. Great value for the money. The only complaint I had was that there was a very loud fan in the bathroom that came on when the light was turned on. |

I really like the cleanliness of the room considering the value paid for. And its proximity to all the places I went to. I really like the service I got and there is enough parking for everyone. Its just that there seems to be little sound proofing in the room I stayed as I can hear when my next door neighbor came in and took a shower. |
