Very convienent to the business address it was going to. Didn't like the fact that their computer had no record of my reservation through your company. Had I not called to indicate a 'late' arrival I would have arrived and found I had no room! A call to your help desk solved the problem. |

Gostei do fato de haver dois quartos. entretanto gostaria de sugerir que, no quarto maior, houvesse a opção de duas camas separadas, que teriam dupla função: pudessem ser ajuntadas para um casal ou deixadas separadas para uso individual. Do fato de não haver o café da manhã no próprio hotel. É necessário atravessar três ruas (não são três quarteirões, é pela posição dos semáforos) para se chegar à lanchonete com a qual há o convênio para o fornecimento de café da manhã. |

Quand je suis arrivé à l'hotel il n'avait aucune trace de ma réservation, donc j'ai été obligé de trouver un autre hotel. Il n'ont fait aucun effort pour nous aider. |

la réservation n'était pas parvenue à l'hôtel ? c'est un hôtel d'étape sur la route de Los Angeles, le petit dej se prend à l'exterieur (il est compris dans le prix) |

Le grand lit, l'accès Wi-Fi, le petit déjeuner était excellent (coupon à utiliser dans un restaurant spécialisé) Manque de communication entre les employés. Un jour un employé dit quelque chose et le lendemain, un autre employé dit l'inverse. Par exemple, j'ai demandé au Directeur si je pouvais prendre mon petit déjeuner à 10h du matin et le lendemain, la dame de l'accueil m'a dit que c'était trop tard et que c'était pas possible. |
