Room and hallwalls smelled like smoke, phone in room did not work, lamp next to bed did not work, floor tile missing in bathroom
Very unacceptable... Will be contacting Corporate Office!!
The convenience of the hotel being minutes away from the casinos and boardwalk.
The shower faucet was broken and the water was only warm at best Other than that it was ok and would book there again if it were not for that I am a facility Director my self Thanks
Staff was friendly and helpful. Full cable TV selection. Normal checkout is noon, which is perfect for late nighters. Straight line to AC, only minutes away. Good value for the low cost. Will be staying here again
Hairs in the bathroom, rusting coffee maker
Ease of checking in and out
Breakfast options were limited and poor quality.
A bit of the smell of the roo
Dirty armchairs in room. Unattractive carpet.
Good price. Ok breakfast. Nice pool. Excellent outdoor areas with great manicured greenery.
Did not have an elevate and had to carry heavy luggage up to 2nd floor. Also did not have a refrigerated nor a microwave in the room. There was a small hole in comforter and the curtain.
Good price and was not that far from Atlantic City Boardwalk. Room was clean and smelled good. Had plenty of pillows on the bed.
Moldy bath. I am not certain but i have about 10 bites on arms and shoulders (which is where they supposedly bite) that resemble bedbug bites. If it is bedbugs it must be a small infestation at this point but still ... I am very much hoping I did not bring them home with me.
It was clean and relative to other hotels on Labor Day weekend a good deal. Not THAT far from AC.
There was a running toilet that wouldn't stop,,,my room number 209
The staff was excellent...Room Fair...location was very good
WI - FI NOT GOOD CONETION
Breakfast was very limited
Quite hotel, nice courtyard and pool. Large rooms, buildings look new and so does everything in them.
The Wi-fi & housekeeping .
Clerk called and came by room after 10:00 PM. They had a paperwork problem on their end and asked for my DL number again. Evidently they registered the wrong guest in my room.
Strictly a value stay. Was in the room only to sleep and out early. Quiet and easy access.
Torn couches, small television and foul smell
Location is great, room was spacious and huge bed.
The guy at the front desk was nasty. They have bed bugs. The food you get was ok could be better.
It was convent to AC.
Our nonsmoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. They did get us a new room. The furniture was rundown; the few towels were thin and old. WiFi was spotty at best, mostly it did not work. People at the desk were not friendly; they tended to grunt instead of converse. The bathroom sink was plugged up, so it took the water a long time to drain. The door to the outside, which was supposed to be locked and opened via a key card, was broken and hung ajar. There was a strange disinfectant smell that pervaded the hallway and was caustic, but that did not diffuse into the actual room. Go there, but be aware that it is certainly not upscale by any stretch of the imagination. I felt a little insecure because of the broken doorway since there was a large visible police presence around the area; they were always pulling someone over or stopped with pedestrians. My concern was, if it was a safe area, why all the police activity? We saw three police incidents in ten minutes one evening. Again, just be aware.
The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Those two things are huge. There were no bed bugs and the bathroom was clean. For these reasons alone, we had a good stay and would go back if we could not find a better place.
breakfast should last longer; late check in time-4:00pm; would be really nice if there was a bathroom and changing room near the pool so you don't have to run back to your room to go to the bathroom
newly remodeled; nice room; clean
We didn't have a refrigerator in our room
We woke up to bed bugs and there was a very loud party going on outside past 1 am.
To many people at once for breakfast, small space.
Nice room, did not noticed any bad odor
The staff was ignorant and cocky at times. There was no fridge in my room when there was supposed to be. My girl got bit by something but not sure if it was bed bugs because we checked n didnt see signs of them in there. No ice machine or ice bucket in my building. Had to go over to next building. Had a joining room that we werent expecting.
Closeness to the beach and casinos. The price was pretty good. They had the shuttle bus hook up with slot dollars included. Nice big bed. Alot of channels on the TV. Pool was nice and clean.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and a good value for the money. The breakfast and pool were very good. Location was convenient to Ocean City.
