the room was updated, clean and neat.
It was clean and the one staff person was nice. It was quiet, but likely because there weren't many guests.
television didn't work and the one staff person instructed me how to fix it on my own. Hairdryer was broken and almost caught on fire when I turned it on. I unplugged it quickly. Zero amenities. Strange location in the back of a strip mall parking lot.
Beds. Were comfy and room was quiet. Good location. The young man who checked us in was helpful.
Room had a musty smell. Breakfast was very chintzy and coffee was awful. No microwave in room. No paper available in a.m. Pool was not open. No fitness room.
Well we got there at 130 checkingtime was between 12 and 1 room wasn't ready until 3. We got back at 730 couldn't get in the room for about hafh hour cause key wound not work. Tv looked bad nose in the bathroom fan.coffee ok but know cream or sugar.
A quick 10 minute drive from New Bedford. Handy to many restaurants and Route 6. And Just Another Phoenix, a great brunch spot, is just up the road!
The smell of the room. I believe our room was the only one that smelled like mildew. I walked in other rooms that the cleaning lady left ajar, and the rooms did not emit the same odor as our room #113. Our telephone did not work for 2 days. On the 3rd and final stay, it was finally fixed. The bathroom facilities were ok but the shower drain needed to be unclogged. Too much water was collecting in the tub.
It was clean and staff smile a lot, but do not go out of their way for the consumer. Taking into account their heritage, this could be expected. The entire staff needs to be trained into American needs and expectations while traveling.
Lack of attention to things like the breakfast bar. As a Coffee shop owner, I was overcome with the lack of concern for food safety and the obvious attempt to do this service on the "cheap". After the first day went out for breakfast. Therefore less value for my money.
They are working on upgrading the carpets and ceiling paint, so it was fresh upstairs, not so downstairs. Beds are good. Fine to stay upstairs for a day at MV by ferry. The residence inn in front reduces the noise from the highway. We used the neighbors wifi as it was a much better signal.
the dust was still on all door handles from painting the ceiling, side entrance not fresh clean.

Rooms were musty and damp. Beds small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was below minimally substantial. Staff were polite but untrained.

The first room had water on the bathroom floor. The second room had a leak from the toilet. The last room was OK.
Nothing at alllll!! customer service was rude and VERY un professional .. Never would I ever recomend this place to anybody!
Poor customer service, unprofessional, rude and arrogant ..loud obnoxious neighbors..no breakfast no food offered..very dirty rooms ..feel very uncomfortable atmosphere when entering..not welcoming at all
Tub didn't drain well
The Location was very good,plenty of restaurants and stores in the area and right off the highway .
The information I saw said there was a microwave and refrigerator for the room we reserved and only the refrigerator was in the room. Also there was supposed to be a continental breakfast and there wasn't.
It is very close to Dartmouth mall. There are restaurants nearby such as Texas House, Panera Bread. The staff is polite and friendly. If you feel cold, there is heating in the room. My room was clean. My bed was comfortable. There is a huge parking lot. The environment is definitely secure. If you come to the hotel late to sleep within your room, the entry door to the building is locked and you will swipe your card for security purposes. This means that hotel administration cares the security of its guests. Price per day is reasonable. Wifi works excellent. I will definitely stay again if I come to Dartmouth.

Coffee maker was filthy. Smelled like smoke. Tv was fuzzy.
We liked the convenience off of 195. First time in N. Dartmouth so we did not know our way around. Was offered a map. We figured it out. Room comfortable, quiet. My wife had to take a R.E. test nearby but did not pass...will definitely stay here again. The 99 restaurant nearby was so crowded we could not hear each other but we will look for other restaurants on our next trip. Just wished someone could have helped us with directions and advice on a good restaurant nearby but no one was as the desk after we registered.
The room was FREEZING when we got into it. We quickly left to go out to eat. Maybe when guests come that day, someone in advance could turn on the heat. I know you don't know the time of arrival for guests, but it couldn't cost that much to turn the heat on low. Otherwise, everything was comfortable, once we warmed up.

The location it is on the way to and near New Bedford Airport.
This was a family medical emergency trip. I booked the room because my flight was at 7 am the next morning. Because of many issues I was unable to arrive at the hotel till 4:30 am, the morning of the flight. I asked the owner ( who was at the desk) if the price could be reduced and I would not check in at all. He was animate and wanted the full price. I paid willingly and do not fault him however I was disappointed with his decision.
