I especially liked the bed. It was super comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I had an early flight and was grateful for the muffins, yogurt, and coffee that were provided for guests at 4 a.m. Thank you for helping me to feel comfortable and secure. My only complaint is that the sides of the bathtub are so high it is difficult for an elderly person to climb into the tub.

the staff was ill informed about the payment, my credit card was charged for more than the stay, the person at the front desk told me that booking.com had already paid for the room and wouldn't allow my business partner and I to pay with our credit cards. they were not the best trained or service oriented place I have stayed.

Very close to the airport, well priced and clean. The hotel was renovated within the past 5 years and felt up to date. It is not luxury but the combination of price and location made it perfect for our late arrival at Bradley and early am departure. Would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

W just needed a quick overnight stay to catch an early plane. It was fine, but there wasn't anyplace to eat there and we didn't have a car. But they did arrange for a shuttle to take us to a nearby restaurant on their list. The first pick up was slow (25 min) but the shuttle came promptly after dinner to bring us back. Everyone arranging this was helpful and courteous.

Marie was extremely helpful and very professional. She is a true asset to your establishment. I found her to be very friendly and quit comforting for weary travelers. The young lady should get a raise! I was on the very last night of a three week trip and she was the most competent help I had in all of my travel.

Its always a pleasure to arrive at a hotel that you've booked online and find it to be clean and in excellent condition. Although the hotel was fully booked the atmosphere was quiet and our stay was undisturbed and restful.

I enjoyed the conveince of the hotel in relation to the airport. I feel the hotels should offer a special for guests that are only there to sleep for a couple of hours. We came in at 9p and left at 445a and still paid full price for the room.

Very comfortable twin beds. Wifi broke down and was not ment during the rest of my stay, totally spoilt my plans. Hotel is run down, furniture is dirty from use. Very poor breakfast.

Good value. Nice design. Comfortable bed. Attractive room. Emphasis on things that make a difference to travelers (nice towels, etc.) and less of the frills (fancy exterior and lobby), breakfast included. I'd stay again.
