The motel was wonderful!

Getting from car rental location to hotel as procedure needs to be spelled out .

no smoking rooms at all and coffee in room had bad taste

My only complaint is that I wish the pool was bigger & there was a jacuzzi, but despite that I would still stay there again.

The price and the the staffs

First I checked in room 124 and found the phone is not working. And then I have shifted in 210 and found that the picture quality if the cable connection was hazy. It improved when the wire was tightened at the back of the tv, but nowhere close to good picture. On complaining to the front desk, received a blunt reply that it is working in other rooms properly.

convenient location

This is a great value. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast had many choices. The food was tasty. There were many healthy choices available for breakfast. This is not too far from where our son goes to college. We have already booked for next month for our next visit. We have stayed at 3 different hotels in the Springfield area and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites is the BEST so far.

The facility and staff were excellent. We were treated we respect and appreciation. Our questions and requests were addressed immediately.

Value was excellent. Room was clean, appeared new, well air conditioned, stocked with coffee and spacious enough for our needs. Breakfast was a surprise in that there was hot food and enough variety to meet family needs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

In a perfect world, there would have been pay per view.

I've stayed at several HIExpress hotels and found them to be so much better than the cheaper chains, especially the breakfast room. The staff is friendly and the beds comfortable.

Very accomodating and I especially liked the shuttle service to the airport and surrounding restaurants....I Will return. Staff was very friendly.

No fans in the bathroom

Wake up call for 6:00 never happened.Continental breakfast never happened or was late.Shuttle was late.

I especially liked the bed. It was super comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I had an early flight and was grateful for the muffins, yogurt, and coffee that were provided for guests at 4 a.m. Thank you for helping me to feel comfortable and secure.

My only complaint is that the sides of the bathtub are so high it is difficult for an elderly person to climb into the tub.
