Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, breakfast choice was more then enough
Great location for such city like Buffalo. Not far away from main bus terminal and Main street is awesome (when I have been there was reconstruction jobs, but it was ok). Big & rooms - it's easy to loose something :))
It would be great if breakfast is included in room rate (something like buffet). Then it will not take time till waiting order.
very comfortable bed, roomy living room and very polite employee. I can have free bottle of drinking water at the counter at any time and ear plug...
Room 301, the ventilation fan is very noisey it should be replaced
1. Very close to downtown. 2. Comfortable, spacy, clean rooms. 3. Breakfast is included in the price. 4. The lady in the desk was extremely helpful
Very centrally located. Close to everything downtown via a sort walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
There was construction on the street outside our room window which started early. Not a fault of the hotel's.
Very comfortable stay. Bed was great, mini fridge and microwave and nice bonus.
The room was very comfortable. The mattress was the best in any hotel in which we have stayed! The location was perfect for us to catch public transportation.
Ok, but old furniture (like most 3 star American hotels seem to have).
Freezing cold lobby. Little shaggy hotel and town overall but near to Niagara Falls.
The room was really huge, with two TV sets, excellent bed, and greater then usual facilities(i.e. microwave, coffee and tea maker machine). In relative terms the breakfast was the best that we got in the US. A good point for the staff: they allowed us an earlier check-in.
The lack of safe deposit box in the room. Buffalo s downtown was rather deserted, perhaps for the ongoing rehabilitation of the Metrorail..
Large suite with room for handicap in a wheel chair.
We were happy with everything.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Lots of extras offered, such as DVDs and relaxing sound machines to borrow. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
Friendly personal, good breakfast
Mattress was very soft and bouncy seemed to be old.woke with a lot of back pain..and windows were very dirty
The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever. We encountered many staff members, and every one of them were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and even with just a few minutes left the attendant was still replenishing and offering assistance. At many places the last 30 mins of breakfast offers scarce options.
We didn't like leaving!
Everything...staff...the room was magnificent, clean, elegeant
very helpful and polite staff, a good breakfast, a huge single room (actually a suite with two TVs!), a good wifi, extreme comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, nice amenities, surprisingly quiet although in Main St, close to downtown Buffalo (City Hall, metrorail stop).
Location Staff attitude Size & level of appointments
Access to free Trolley down to the waterfront, Nightlife was right there on Chippewa St. Quite a bit was within walking distance. The 1st night the lady at the desk was extremely helpful by giving us websites, local restaurants and entertainment options to check out.
This area is definitely in the inner city but it's fine if you don't get too far off the beaten path.
I didn't NEED such a duluxe suite... I would have been happier with a double bed and TV / wifi ..... with a lower price. So I feel I wasted some money on luxaries I didn't want... only needed that location need to where family was.
Bathroom sink had feces in it or what looked and smelled like feces. Bathroom floor also had hair and crumbs from last guests. Breakfast made us sick and kept us in the bathroom the entire Fourth of July!
I liked the layout of the room with its separate sitting room. Very clean hotel, would definitely recommend it
The road works outside
We loved everything!!!!
Room is spacious.
The parking is three blocks away from hotel. Horrible in the rain. Construction outside hotel begins at 7am.
Staff was AMAZING... very helpful and friendly
