Great staff, and very clean and quiet!

Didn't like that the treadmill was out of order out whole stay there. The workout room could have more machines to use.

when I called the operator/ customer services said a 4:00 am shuttle to the airport would not be a problem. I had to take a cab out of pocket expense $45. could of stayed at a better hotel with a shuttle services for less $ if I would of been told that when I booked. also only 1 computer in the business center no time limit. student was doing her homework for over an hour. how can a big hotel only have 1 computer. no transportation to local store or resturant for dinner.

Unfriendly front desk staff - being left at the airport - was told last bus 11.45 pm - Called the hotel around 11.30 and they told me bus would come soon - when I called back at 12.15 was told another bus would come, no apology - I was waiting one hour for the transfer - I would have happily paid for a cab rather than wait an hour, honesty always the best policy, first disappointment after staying many times at this hotel but front desk staff need to be trained to be honest with customers

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The front desk staff were great in arranging our shuttle to and from airport. They were efficient and friendly. The breakfast was very good.

Dirty blood stain on the duvet cover. This was covered up by a blanket. When brought up with reception, no part-refund or a switch was offered.

Nearness to the airport.

There was no assistance from the staff to carry my luggage. The front desk staff was looking at while I was struggling to push the cart with my 3 boxes. The breakfast was very poor. No varieties.

Fast check-in and check-out, shuttle bus came very quick to airport. Good location for one night stand.

(1) We arrived 10:30 p.m. and had to watch Holiday Inn and Marriot shuttles go at frequent intervals while we had to call and wait for ours. (2) Our morning flight was at 6:30, so we had to pay 20.00 for a taxi since the hotel shuttle doesn't begin until 5:00.

We chose this hotel for it's location because we had an early flight out of Houston. We will choose it again next year. The staff was very pleasant, the room was very nice, the breakfast was very good, and our shuttle service to the airport was excellent.

It's airport shuttle. They do not provide enough info on how to catch the shuttle and shuttle schedule. I called the hotel to ask about it when I was at the airport and the receptionist wasn't helpful. She said she was going to sent the shuttle and ir should take 15 mins, it passed 40 mins and the bus never showed up, I had to take a taxi instead. I think they should post enough info about this and stick to their shuttle schedule, if there is any

The staff were very friendly. We chose Comfort Suites because of its closeness to the airport. There are a lot of choices for restaurants in the area.
