Location was good, budget friendly. The personal staff was very co-operative and they helped any time we asked for help. Our room was ready very early in the morning. We did not have to wait even though , we were expected to do so.

The bed was comfortable and it was clean.

We got there and paid for a room with a king bed and you were over booked so we took a double. Then there were children above us running around late at night, we called the desk and nothing was done about it. I am not one to complain but children running around in a hotel room at 1am is quite ridiculous.

Staff was friendly and knowledgable about area.

I was under the impression this hotel was closer to Pike's Place and the Space Needle. It was not within walking distance like their advertisement said. For some reason, I thought a free breakfast was provided.

The staff were all very friendly and professional. We arrived 45 minutes before check-in time and they allowed us to check in early. That was very much appreciated as we needed to meet someone from Seattle within the hour so it allowed us extra time. The workers at the front desk were fantastic as well as the wait staff at the restaurant.

I can't think of anything as the bathroom was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

Service, lobby and courtyard are nice, gym is good, and location is okay.

Room is a bit cramp and outdated.

BAt check in the hotel was expecting 4 people?. I clearly booked for 2 people, did I overpay when I booked with booking.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable, with good access to the centre. Friendly staff.

The check in staff could not find the reservation upon arrival and did not provide the room that was described on the Booking.com confirmation email, which then caused a change of room 3 times in the one week stay. I did receive a free upgrade when I requested this, which made up for the confusion caused originally.

The location was excellent and we were warmly welcomed to the hotel. Our stay was short but very pleasant.

The vending machines and the laundry facilities both require the use of quarters but no change machines were available at either location and it was a long walk to the front desk to get change.

The hotel held luggage until the room was cleand and we were ready to check-in. The hotel was clean & if you $15 to park then your car is parked in a gated garage.

There was no complementry breakfast & there were no adult beverages for sale. The bar has very limitted hours of operation.

Hotel staff at desk and in restaurant very friendly and always helpful. The newly renovated hotel is remarkable. I stayed at the previous hotel and Four Points is far superior!

I was completely satisfied and have no issues here.

The staff was courteous, especially the maid service. The rooms were quiet and clean and extremely comfortable.

I stayed 4 days and when I returned back to the room, the door was NOT completely closed. All I had to do was push on it, and it opened (without using the "key card".

The location is great, very close to the needle space and downtown. though you don't drive, there are many bus stop around. The room is clean.

Most everything and everyone were pleasant. Clean and comfy.

Getting to it from the I5 took a little bit of manoeuvring and redirections.

Have been using hotel for many years. Great location; quiet; very clean and very comfortable beds.

Have to pay to park car! For the price.....no longercontinental breakfast.

parking should be free no refrigerator only 1 comfortable chair instead of 2 breakfasts are way overpriced not pet friendly no towel racks except 1 dinky hook

Person who checked me in was really friendly and nice. I also over heard her speaking to other guests and she was very polite and upbeat.
