Breakfast was good even if the pankake machine was not working

Insatisfy we didn't sleep well,the sheets was always undone(too small)and the mattress was dirty.

Wow what a place, best value, family of 5 for 3 easter weekend nights with good breakfast under $400 in this clean nice comfortable big king suite

Stuff is too nice

The thought of having shuttle service to and from the hotel. The idea of a Nice hotel after spending a week on a boat.

I did not appreciate being lied to by Laren the staff member....repeatedly! After spending an hour and a half for the shuttle to pick my son and I up at the airport (just to return a rental car) we were flexible and wanted to work it out to be both helpful and convenient she repeatedly lied to us telling us the shuttle was on its way when come to find out it still wasn't cause they couldnt find the driver. She except non of the responsibility as Brandon the manager talked to me and explained he was trying to change things at the hotel that he had only been there for 2 weeks. He agreed to credit $15 off the bill for our mishap..which showed me that he didn't find any merit of why I was so upset. To top things off I suggest you put yourself in room 211 then have some idiot get on the treadmill located on the 2nd floor and try to sleep at 5am in the morning. Please try this, but only at 5 am will it be most effective to piss you off also.

New clean appearance. Fresh white bedding. New pull out couch ( for my son) Breakfast..

Lazy front desk boy. Was on phone when we arrived, no where to be found when I went to ask for extra sheets for pull out. And made my son & I walk round the building late at night because he was on the phone & didn't want to walk over & open it! No blankets for pull out! They gave my son 2 sheets instead ! TV remote didn't work. And the towels need fabric softener, they were like sand paper.

They booked our room to another guest and while in our room, we were interrupted by 2 men saying they were given the same room...i signed charges for $156 and my account was charged over $207!!!

Front desk and shuttle staff were friendly.

The housekeeping staff had actually not finished cleaning our room! The beds were made, but there were used towels lying around! The front desk brought us clean towels but did not offer us a different room or any thing else to compensate us for the problem.

Juan and Dan (the night shuttle driver) were very helpful.

We had a problem with the tub drain and the problem was taken care of within 5 minutes of the call.

After leaving the hotel I discovered that I was missing money which I had taken out on the bed to count and did not put the $100.00 worth of 5's back in my purse. I did call back to the hotel and the gentlemen stated he would check with housekeeping. He called back and ask how much I was missing and said he would call back never heard from anyone again. Now if they had called back and said they have it they would have been told the housekeeper could keep it for being honest. But the fact that no one returned the call saying anything bothers me. I will be going back next year to Flordia not sure if I will stay there again.

The courteous management. I made changes in my accommodations, the management was really helpful.

Proximity to the airport satellite tv cleanliness

Shuttle doesn't leave until 6:30 am, so not good for earlier flights.

The room was big and the beds were nice.

We had to wait over an hour when the front desk called a taxi. The bathroom shower curtain smelled sour. We were told we could check in early at 11:00 but actually got our room at 1:30pm. The pool was tiny and in the corner of parking lot.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Close to Ft Lauderdale airport. Value for money.

Room smelt a bit damp but swimming team had just stayed.

The breakfast prepared by Michele and her staff was better than any restaurant I've been to lately. Fantastic.

I didn't realize we were in a handicapp room which we didn't need. Didn't lke that shower for non-handicapp person but it is a good option for those who need it.

The room was very clean and had a nice layout..!!

I ask you explanation about the charge you have made on my credit card cause it doesn' correspond to the price I booked. My reservation was n. 758395522 From 7to 9 of august and it results an amount of 233 euros on my credit card while the price I booked was 198 USD + tax so clearly less than what you charged. Front desk Lauren very professional. Make me feel like family

Breakfast was removed at 10.00 am when many people hasnt finished Serving breakfast or eating.

The only problem was our room was not ready when they said it would be.

La habitacion muy amplia y agradable, de verdad que muy comoda. El desayuno no muy variado pero sirve.

El estacionamiento es muy pequeño y niguna noche logre encontrar puesto asi que tuve que dejar el carro en el estacionamiento de al lado que dejan utilizar los de Waffle House, aunque es un poco incomodo el paso hasta el hotel.

El personal es muy amigable, en especial los de la recepciòn

EL parqueadero es muy pequeño, si llegas tarde te toca parquear el carro afuera del hotel, la limpieza da mucho que desear, encontre una CUCARACHA en mi cama y en la refrigeradora,

ארוחת הבוקר גרועה למדיי וחדר האוכל קטן ולא מסוגל להכיל את כל האורחים. נאלצנו לקחת את האוכל ולאכול בחדר. בנוסף, המיטות הנוספות בחדר (ספה נפתחת ומיטה מתקפלת) מאד לא נוחות- מזרן דק ומרגישים את כל הקפיצים.

el mismo desayuno todos los días. El parqueadero muy pequeño. La piscina muy pequeña.

Carlos (Front Desk) nos atendió muy amablemente, trató de solucionar nuestro problema pero no estaba en sus manos. Habló con el Gerente pero éste no dio una alternativa.

The reservation was made ​​for ... 4 bedrooms 2 with queen or double beds when we arrived to check-in NO were available ... were in the next day move to other rooms but there was never such a change. We had to sleep in uncomfortable sofabed for adults. The keys were not programs correctly, every time we would go to the room had to go to the front desk to open the door, a rather uncomfortable and this happened with the 4 rooms. La reservación se había hecho para 4 habitaciones...2 de ellas con camas queen o dobles cuando llegamos a hacer el check-in NO tenían disponibles...quedaron en movernos al día siguiente a otras habitaciones pero nunca hubo tal cambio. Hubo que dormir en sofabed super incómodos para adultos. Las llaves no estaban programas correctamente, cada vez que ibamos a entrar a la habitación había que ir al front desk para que nos abrieran la puerta, una situación bastante incómoda y esto pasó con las 4 habitaciones.
