pleasant, clean, well situated for our plans, helpful staff, good breakfast,pretty pool area, but the bar wasn't open

Good cost - benefit

The hotel was right across from Old Town. There was lots to do close by, location is very convenient. The staff at the Hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially Vernon at the front desk. The rooms we booked were very clean and i would like to take this opportunity to thank the housekeeping staff as i did not see them during my stay. Rooms were very spacious and the bonus was the 24 hours pool and sauna which the kids loved.

Not enough variety for breakfast.

closeness to Old Town, shops, restaurant, great price, comp shuttle bus to Seaworld, good price games room, 24 hours pool, large suites..

there was no dishes/cutlery in the hotel suites and no cooker but that wasn't a major issue for us as we ate out most nights.

Enjoyed our stay there very much. The staff was very nice and helpful. Loved having the great breakfasts.The Jacuzi was most relaxing. Will stay again when in Orlando.

Excellent location and price, roomy and comfortable Suite, Free breakfast was very good, helpful staff, close to everything we wanted to see.

Great location, close to the Magic Kingdom and other theme parks. Rooms were clean and large enough not to feel cramped! The pool area was wonderful. Staff was very considerate and helpful. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Elevator was slow and very difficult to get on with a luggage cart the morning of check-out. Six elevators went by before I could get on with the cart...it took up about 20 minutes. A little bit frustrating!!

The price is Ok, and the location is Great

The Internet access had problems. At leat in my room and It was not a problem on my computer. I am an IT specialist.

We love staying at this hotel for the conveinance and location. It is also kid friendly.

They need to replace sofa bed it was worn out.

Room was spacious and comfortable; excellent breakfast

We booked this hotel as it advertised a shuttle service. Tickets for 4 adults & 2 kids cost $120 from Orlando In Airport one way plus $57 for taxi to car hire depot next morning. If we'd known this we would have picked up our hire car on arrival.
