Comfort Suites Maingate East was exactly what we were looking for when planning our Disney vacation. It was clean, affordable, served breakfast, had laundry facilities and was close to all of the Disney parks. The pool had late hours which worked well for the teenagers we traveled with. There was a Disney information desk in the lobby which was helpful. The hotel staff was wonderful. We lucked out when we found this hotel. You can never really tell what your getting when you book online. It is a very family friendly place!

We were hoping the shuttle to the theme parks would have run more frequently. The parks were close enough though that driving wasn't a big deal at all.

I enjoyed the closeness to the main attractions in florida. The staff was friendly and my room was always cleaned.

I did not care for the continental breakfast items. I never heard of baked beans for breakfast. That was the only dislike about the hotel was the continental breakfast they had.

It is second time we were staing in that hotel. We are very happy and we are going to stay there next time

Only two elevators

Staff, pool and hot tub, as well as the room. There was a fridge and microwave which is definitely a plus.

Grade a+. The hotel is very close to lots of tourist things such as gift shops, restaurants and several dinner theatres (medevil tournaments, arabian nights and capone). Fun Spot which has go carts,carnival rides and lots of fun shops and eateries was just across the street within walking distance. Disney was a short drive and easy to locate. The room was clean and the pool area was very nice. There was a kiddie pool and a hot tub that was well maintained. Our housekeeper was outstanding, she made sure that we had anything we needed. The free hot breakfast was outstanding. The food was good and always plentiful. The variety met everyone's taste and it changed slightly each day. I was very impressed with this hotel. A great value for the money.

The elevators were hot and slow- not great with our room being on the 7th (top) floor. Of course, to be fair, there were only 2 elevators for a 7 floor hotel that seemed well booked while we were there. My only other disappointment was that there was no way to print out a boarding pass. The front desk person was not accomodating when asked to please print out an emailed boarding pass.

Good service convenient for the reason i was staying there. the place was clean and friendly.

Good breakfast, spacious and comfortable room, kind desk people that helped with our luggage storage

8am construction noises out our window, would be helpful to have more frequent shuttles to the Disney Parks

Our suite was really affordable and just the right size for our family. The free breakfast every morning was also tasty. The hotel staff also did their best to help us out when we left our tickets in our room and were already at our destination.

The shuttle to the parks was a little crowded and the times were not flexible. I would recommend taking public transportation which was less crowded and very affordable.
