My family and I were very impressed with your hotel suite.....The staff at the front desk was very helpful and very friendly....the housekeepers were also very nice and always helped out with any xtra needs that my teenage girls needed such as xtra towels and a lot of shampoo....The breakfast was more than expected being from tennessee the biscuits and gravy was nice along with the mickey mouse waffles were a hit....the convience of it was perfect as we took in Universal Studios and Sea world ....the facality was kept very clean and the housekeeping staff went the xtra step as to keep the rooms very maintained .....will refer to freinds and family and will also return and stay .....

Location was excellent. Just few miles from Disney and other attractions. Many restaurants within short walking distance. Rooms were comfortable, large and very clean. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Close to Old Town. Pool was nice and warm. Staff was nice.

Food was just ok. Mickey waffles were a hit. The gentleman that was the bartender at poolside was not very friendly.

Large rooms, great breakfast, friendy staff, shuttle to Disney Park, great pool, and a good location!

We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights with my 9 year old son. He loved the hotel environment and style. The hotel was clean with good service. The breakfast was really good and included in the hotel price which was really fair. In general, the hotel was really good and we had a great time there.

The location was not that great, not so far from Disney but far in someway if we would miss our shuttle. I was not happy with the shuttle. It was free but the drivers where not concerned much about timing, even left earlier than the scheduled time and without a clear announcement that made us miss it for several times. It became an unexpected extra expense for us as we had to go with the taxi.

We stayed with you because we had three adults and three small children. All of the other places I checked would require us renting two rooms. We were able to get the queen suite with you guys and all stay in one room. Everything was clean which is everything to me. I am very uncomfortable when it comes to first time booking a motel because of bad experiences but I was more than happy with your place.

Great facilities for the price, good location to local attractions and eateries.
