Location was excellent. a few miles from Disney and other attractions. Many restaurants and Old Town within short walking distance. Rooms were comfortable, large and functional. Rooms were spotlessly clean as were hallways and common areas. Pool area had adequate seating and a very nice snack bar. Food at breakfast buffet was freshly prepared and of acceptable quality. Any of the staff we encountered were courteous, friendly and very helpful. All this at a very inexpensive room rate. We were pleased.

Our room fit a family of six comfortably. The breakfast was more than expected. The surprise was it's great location to dinning and entertainment. We will stay here again.

Like others travellers we spent there à 2 days visit to meet Mickey and Co. This hotel is really comfortable with a great pool, and huge rooms. Staff is really professionnal too. And what about breakfast? A real continental one with a large choice of food and a "real" all-you-can-eat whenever you go to. The shuttle pick you up very lately back to the hotel. From 9am to 7pm is hard for kids, even if they are in the magical kingdom of Disney...

Great service, clean rooms. It is 2011, somewhat I cannot believe they are still using foam plates and plastic spoons and knives that get thrown away in the garbage and end up in our land fields at breakfast area. The food was good, but the waste was disgusting. They can easily wash plates and utensiles in a dishwasher for the next day. Simply grotesque. I may be somewhat of an environmentalist, but my children were bewildered at how much garbage one breakfast meal is generating. Sorry although great overall, we are not going back.

Great rate and awesome breakfast was the best ever! The room was large and just right and the shuttle was excellent even though the air conditioning on shuttle didnt work. But it was only on the last day and for the price, free, cant beat it. This hotel was the best value at the Disney area and convenient with shuttle to disney and 24 hour pool and hot tub. Will recommend to all family and friends. The elevator call buttons did not work. Had to press both buttons at same time up and down to work and respond to your floor

Great location: near to Disney but without the onsite Disney price. Had an excellent breakfast buffet and the 24 hour pool was a nice feature. Only took us 10-15 minutes to any of the Disney parks in height of the season and many restaurants within either walking distance or very short drive.

The room is spacious and cozy. Bed is very comfortable and the cleaning is top notch. Breakfast with a lot of options and tasty for a great start every day. Reception staff is helpful and polite. There was a big pool with a bar but we didn't use them. Very good location, it took us 10-15 minutes driving to Epcot or Hollywood Studios (very early in the morning, almost no traffic). Good parking area. Lifts are not very fast but they're acceptable. I'd stay there again. One day we arrived at the breakfast room 10 minutes before breakfast time and we felt unwelcome there. Even though everything was already ready to be served, they wouldn't let us get food - and the staff in the breakfast area would stare at us with in an unfriendly manner. Nowhere else in the world I've been refused breakfast because of being a few minutes early. But at least they could be polite and friendly. No wi-fi connection in the rooms, just cable. Wi-fi is available on the lobby.

The hotel was perfect.The breakfast that was served every morning was the perfect start to your day. The location was across from "funspot" which is a family amusement park. Its a nice place to go when you are tired of Magic Kingdom and the crowds. The elevators!!!!!

We went as a family, so my kids really enjoyed the heated pool. The kichenette in the room was also very convenient. Overall, our hotel experience was good and I would recommend anyone to stay there The only complaint I have is about the shuttle service to the Disney parks were horrible. But that's not really the hotel's fault. I would recommend anyone going to the Disney parks to rent a car and not depend on the shuttles

Like everything. Pool excellent. Breakfast adequate. We had a great holiday and many thanks to all the staff at the hotel. Only negative comment is regarding the use of disposable cups/plates/cutlery for breakfast. I was shocked at this waste, particularly as none of the items was being recycled after use.

We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights with my 9 year old son. He loved the hotel environment and style. The hotel was clean with good service. The breakfast was really good and included in the hotel price which was really fair. In general, the hotel was really good and we had a great time there. The location was not that great, not so far from Disney but far in someway if we would miss our shuttle. I was not happy with the shuttle. It was free but the drivers where not concerned much about timing, even left earlier than the scheduled time and without a clear announcement that made us miss it for several times. It became an unexpected extra expense for us as we had to go with the taxi.
