Hotelli oli erittäin mukava ja huoneet siistejä. Sijainti mahtava, aivan Kissimmeen vanhankaupungin vieressä. Kaikki teemapuistotkin olivat aivan kivenheiton päässä. |

Varsin hyvä sijainti. Kuljetukset nähtävyyksiin. Liput voi ostaa hotellista. Edullinen hinta ja hotellin taso hyvä. Selkästi lapsiperheiden valitsema kohde. Suit-huoneissa 2 parisänkyä ja vuodesohva, pieni keittiö. Erittäin riittävä. Hotellissa ei ole ruokaravintolaa, mutta läheisyydessä löytyy riittävästi paikkoja. |

I loved everything about the stay. The breakfast was much better then we imagined a free breakfast would be. We were expecting donuts and bagels and were delighted when we saw hot food also. The hotel was clean and bright and the staff was helpful and courteous! We were ecstatic with the hotel overall especially considering how affordable it was. We have told friends and family already and plan on staying there again in the future. Thank you! The elevators were sometimes hard to get on due to slowness but it was nothing in comparison to the positives of this hotel! |

Comfort Suites Maingate East was exactly what we were looking for when planning our Disney vacation. It was clean, affordable, served breakfast, had laundry facilities and was close to all of the Disney parks. The pool had late hours which worked well for the teenagers we traveled with. There was a Disney information desk in the lobby which was helpful. The hotel staff was wonderful. We lucked out when we found this hotel. You can never really tell what your getting when you book online. It is a very family friendly place! We were hoping the shuttle to the theme parks would have run more frequently. The parks were close enough though that driving wasn't a big deal at all. |

We loved the location. It was a very easy drive to all of the Disney theme parks including Downtown Disney. The continental breakfast was also very good. The pool was clean. The housekeeping services were fantastic. The shuttle option to the theme parks was not very flexible. We ended up driving each day to the theme parks which offered more flexibility. The parking cost was $12 per day. It would have been better if the hotel offered discounted theme parking tickets or parking passes to their hotel guests. |

I enjoyed the closeness to the main attractions in florida. The staff was friendly and my room was always cleaned. I did not care for the continental breakfast items. I never heard of baked beans for breakfast. That was the only dislike about the hotel was the continental breakfast they had. |

First night were on the first floor and could hear all the lobby noise. Requested a new room. Graciously were given a new room in a much quieter area. Great breakfasts. Clean. Great pillows and mattresses. The pool was open all night and yet it was quiet. Guests were respectful yet had fun. We had a reservation for nine nights. Due to late arrival we were given a room right off of the lobby. With the 3 hour time zone change, as everyone was up at 3 - 4 am our time or 7 - 8 local time we heard all of the noise in our room. We had a very poor first night. This was dealt with in the morning but with a nine night reservation, which we gather is not the norm from the front desk staff, it seems that we should have been assigned the room we ended up in from the outset, as they had our deposit in the bank for many weeks. The rooms were clean on the surface, but a new cleaner found a sock and tape that did not belong to us. I did not dare look under the beds, yet the carpets tho slightly worn did not show signs of our daily use. Recycling was no where to be seen. So with a too cold room where air was run for who knows how long in an empty room and no paper, plastic and metal recycling there is no respect for all that Epcot tried to encourage! |

Grade a+. The hotel is very close to lots of tourist things such as gift shops, restaurants and several dinner theatres (medevil tournaments, arabian nights and capone). Fun Spot which has go carts,carnival rides and lots of fun shops and eateries was just across the street within walking distance. Disney was a short drive and easy to locate. The room was clean and the pool area was very nice. There was a kiddie pool and a hot tub that was well maintained. Our housekeeper was outstanding, she made sure that we had anything we needed. The free hot breakfast was outstanding. The food was good and always plentiful. The variety met everyone's taste and it changed slightly each day. I was very impressed with this hotel. A great value for the money. The elevators were hot and slow- not great with our room being on the 7th (top) floor. Of course, to be fair, there were only 2 elevators for a 7 floor hotel that seemed well booked while we were there. My only other disappointment was that there was no way to print out a boarding pass. The front desk person was not accomodating when asked to please print out an emailed boarding pass. |

A good quality family hotelaimed at families on a careful budget. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The breakfast was a very good bonus. The inclusion of small kitchen area very helpful, especially the fridge. |
