A good quality family hotelaimed at families on a careful budget. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The breakfast was a very good bonus. The inclusion of small kitchen area very helpful, especially the fridge. |

Good breakfast, spacious and comfortable room, kind desk people that helped with our luggage storage 8am construction noises out our window, would be helpful to have more frequent shuttles to the Disney Parks |

Our suite was really affordable and just the right size for our family. The free breakfast every morning was also tasty. The hotel staff also did their best to help us out when we left our tickets in our room and were already at our destination. The shuttle to the parks was a little crowded and the times were not flexible. I would recommend taking public transportation which was less crowded and very affordable. |

Nice Big Breakfast As you enter the hotel the name of the hotel was lit up. However, some of the letters were burned out. Not very professional. Might want to get that fixed. |

overall, the stay was good, the breakfast was great, the room was clean;however the air was not cool enough, but reasonable I did not lke the fact that there were only 2 elevators....the wait for the elevators was too long |

We loved that the pool and hot tub was open 24 hours. The ice machine was broken on our floor our entire stay . We spoke with the staff several times and was told they were going to take care of it. |

We found the hotel to be exactly as described. Very good value and comfotable. we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay. We will consider staying at this hotel in the future. The lifts were quite slow but we were aware of this from reading reviews about the hotel from other travellers. |

It was always kept clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub were good and the area was always clean. The breakfast was more than adequate. The location was also very good, you could if you wished walk to different restaurants and into the old town, which was just outside the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here and would return in th future. |

The gentleman who checked me in at the desk was very friendly and courtious. Even when I was lost in the city, he was very patient to give me directions over the phone. I didn't like the fact that in order to get a good deal on tickets to the parks, visitors would have to take a 90 min. tour of a time-share, which in most cases is more than a 2 hour tour. I felt like I was being "suckered in". This really didn't have anything to do with the quality of the hotel other than it was based in the hotel lobby. |

proximity to Magic Kingdom and breakfast. Also had a nice pool very limited shuttle bus times which forced you to drive your own car or wait a very long time. |

There was a great breakfast buffett included with our stay and this was a very good feature that the hotel offered. My husband stayed at this hotel four years ago and we chose it because of the shuttle service offered to all of the parks. However, he said that four years ago the hotel offered much nicer shuttle buses than they currently use, we were also very disappointed with the shuttle time on one occasion. |
