Comfort Suites I-240 East-Airport  

The staff was friendly and helpful..the breakfast (hours served) was very convenient..room was larger than expected and cleaner than I thought it would be..for the price, was expecting a lot less..

The pool, while heated and open during cold weather, was kind of gross..grime and scum on the sides of the pool and hot tub..but we powered thru, as our original plans were rained out. The side entrances weren't locked, which enabled folks to come and go freely all night..I found a high heel shoe by the garbage can one night and saw the mgr in hot pursuit of some kids (using the hotel to party before a night at the club) letting all their friends come in thru the side doors..I know this because the mgr told me..like I said, the staff was extremely friendly... Oh, the area sucks, but the hotel is on a dead end,which seems pretty safe..except for those crazy "shoe losing" kids and the scummy pool!!

Beverage stain on wall on left side of bed. Tear in carpet at bath entry. Switched/reversed waterlines to shower control.

I only liked the location of the hotel.

I did not like the cleanliness of the hotel. The elevator floor was dirty and upkept. The bedroom floor was not vacuumed. The headboard and mirror were not cleaned. The bathroom floor was half cleaned. On the second day we moved from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor. Another resident was smoking marijuana on the 2nd floor for the two day stay. The smell was so loud that you could smell it as soon as th elevator opened. I complained to the front desk and they did nothing about it. I had a 10yr old child with me and I felt like if the hotel had a no smoking policy then they should have taken care of the problem. I would will never stay in this hotel again!!

Location... Close to the I 240 made getting around so easy as it was less then 10 minutes by car to everything and the hot breakfast! Our housekeepers were very good, and friendly so was maintenance person who helped us with the plumbing issues!

Front desk staff, not too friendly, like we were a bother. The treadmill was broken so was the weight machine. I was very disappointed that the pool hours were not until 10 A.M. as I wanted to swim before all the kids got in the pool. The key cards did not work often causing us to have to walk all the way around to the front entrance. Remember that as it is close to the highway you can hear the traffic if that bothers you.

A hotel for people from all kinds of background. Reasonably located for airport, plenty of parking.

The other guests were very loud and drunk, several times banging loudly on my door after midnight. At 4:30am I was woken up by water flooding down from the ceiling: the person upstairs was so out of it he'd left the water on in his bathroom. It was no fun packing everything while dodging the showers in order to relocate to another room in the middle of the night.

They allowed me to check out immediately without being charged.

After checking in, I walked into the room and was immediately disappointed. Very outdated decor. Then I went to the bathroom to find a full, used toilet that wouldn't flush. This didn't set well! I called the front desk and they said they'd send maintenance immediately. Twenty minutes later, no one from maintenance had appeared and I was done. I immediately requested to check out without being charged. Thank goodness!

Sehr gute Lage, mit Shuttle Bus zum Flughafen.

Gehört unbedingt renoviert und teilweise muss die Einrichtung repariert werden!
