Situation idéalement centrale j'ai beaucoup apprécié cet hotel qui a largement agrémenté mon séjour à chicago il s'agissait d'un véritable loft de 40m2? Avec coin cuisine et salon style contemporain...trois baies vitrées avec vue sur michigan avenue je me suis sentie "at home" in a nice home!! |

Situation excellente (très centrée), chambre avec cuisine entièrement équipée, chambre très grande, petit déjeuner Pas énormément de choix pour le petit déjeuner, mais suffisant. Mieux veut arriver à l'heure (avant 9h la semaine), car tout est vite débarrassé. |

l'hotel est ideallement placee pour visiter la ville avec ses attractions. La chambre est correcte: le petit dejeuner est simple mais adequte. J'ai passe 3 nuits je peux recommander cet hotel pour visiter la ville mais aussi pour des affaires professionelles. |

I loved the location and the size of the rooms. They are extreemly comfrotable, and specially valuable. The price I paid is so worth it. Just the fact that the internet was not working and when we called to the front desk to have it fixed they never came. |

I appreciated the continental breakfast accomodations. Thank you. My room was not clean. The bed was unmade and there were three wastebaskets that needed to be dumped. Additionally, the living room area had not been vacuumed and items such as the phone & throw pillows were not put in their proper place. I understand, I received the room at a good price, but to receive an unclean room is unacceptable and unsanitary. |

Location was great, rooms were clean and enjoyable and it really is a suite with seperate living room and kitchen, with washer dryer. It is a little difficult to unload a car as there is no front drive at all. |

The location was very good--easily accessible to all important places. Bathroom was too small and inadequate for a suite hotel. Shoud have another half bath. |
