We felt like we had our own little apt. in Chicago for the night. Although we didn't use the kitchen it was nice to have it there.
I loved how the suite was set up very cozy comfortable and beautiful I enjoyed my stay and I hope to go there again soon!
The View from the window was amazing. Good breakfast in the morning.
The staff was kind of short with me when checking but other than that I didn't have any other reason to deal with them.
It was a beautiful facility, our room was very spacious with a great view and the staff was very helpful when needed. They also had the best free breakfast I've personally come across.
Difficult to navigate to
I loved the bed, the setup of the rooms, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing!!!!
The wifi kept going out, made it hard at times to get work done! Also did not like that fact that I used their express dry cleaning service. The ticket says between 7am-1pm in which I had my coat downstairs at 5am in order to get express service and have my coat back by 1pm. I find out the people did not come to pick up the coat until 9:30 am. I did not get my coat until 4pm that day. While I did not get charged the 50% surcharge, this is bad for business when you don't deliver what your services state. If the cleaners cannot provide proper, exceptional service, then comfort suites needs to terminate the partnership, period!!
The location and the room were more than we expected. The suite was exceptionally well furnished and appointed and we were right in the middle of everything. We will definitely stay here again.
We have nothing bad to say at all!
Very comfortable hotel in convenience place in the center of Chicago. For example only ten minutes from institute of Chicago and Symphony Hall of Chicago
I stayed at this hotel on my birthday January 17. It's a nice location on Michigan ave. The gentlemen who helped me who told me he was the marketing manager as well was very friendly.
The con is the $50 deposit that was supposed to be released after my visit was never returned to me, and when I called the lady on the phone who was rude said call me bank. Well more money out my pocket.
Great suite, which makes people feel like home, locates at main Ave., almost the center of the loop. The space is very large, which is hard to believe when you step in the hall. The room owes kitchen, if you want cook food by yourself, it is great choice. If you are not a cook-goer, there are lots of fabulous resteraunt around here.
We spent almost 1hour to find this place by car, cause the gps did not work well and people should park the car in front of the hard rock hotel.
Everything best bed
Location, close to the station of Metra Safe downtown
The floor smelled like some kind of food
I was inconvenienced and was nothing was done about it.
Felt like the heating system was a bit outdated: was very hot on a normal thermostat temperature
Very cozy feels like home excellent location charismatic staffs and efficient
Everything, I like absolutely everything. Good location, you would feel at home with everything inside kitchen washers etc
Wifi is very poor
Parking was with a different hotel and I had to walk from that hotel(Hard Rock) back to Comfort Suites after giving keys to valet.
The bed love it
The T.v went out for hours
Good position, nice staff,
breakfast choice is limited;
I like the size of the suite.
The two guys hanging out in front of the Subway selling their C.D.'s.
The location is the best one!
We stayed there 4 days and during this period one of the 2 elevators was broken, then we needed to use the stairs a couple times (and we were in the 16th floor).
Rvery thing is awsome Exept things which i don't like. (I will write down)
The vew Wahing machine in bedroom No lobby Routens of breakfast Time to time the damage of elevatot No smoking area
We cannot say enough about how wonderful our week end stay was at Comfort Suites Michigan Ave.
Waiting to hear about an item that we may have left behind - left two messages and an email.
the location was good
it was hard to find, and the person who greeted us didn't smile and wasn't very friendly.
The staff was great with recommendations on where to go to eat. We were never disappointed with their choices.
The internet did not work properly. It was very slow and sometimes didn't even work. It seemed like the system was overloaded. Might want to upgrade to a better service.
