Room was very cool, thermostat didn't seem to have any effect. Sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable. TV remote didn't work. But for one night, this was outweighed by the location and value.
The location and welcoming staff were the highlights, and Comfort Suites breakfasts are always welcome.
The air on our floor seemed to allow us to smell other rooms, as though it was being circulated within rather than fresh air.
The location was excellent, the room was quiet, elevators efficient (we were on 22nd floor), and we even had a bit of a view of the river. Staff was helpful, polite and friendly. Plenty of options at the free breakfast.
Toilet water black but cleared up after a few flushes.
Large room had everything you need.
I was charged $70 overnight parking on my room but when I went to retrieve my car I had to pay $72 again to the parking vendor to release my car. I will contest this when my credit card statement comes. The hotel knows I will contest this payment.
pull out bed uncomfortable
In the first room we were given, the bed was not made and two light bulbs were burned out. The second room was small, dark, and the bed springs were shot such that you sank practically to the floor when you lay down on it. It was "un-sleepable". The kitchen was hardly equipped - no forks, no baking sheet, no knives to cut anything, no oven mitts - you get the picture. This hotel felt very old and not kept up well. We were supposed to stay here six nights but immediately checked out the next morning. What a rip-off for $185! There are cheaper, nicer properties in Chicago.
The sofa bed. The mattress was so thin you could feel the bars, so we pulled it onto the floor.
This is a BIG suite for the heart of the Mag. mile at a bargain price. Not fancy, but very clean, comfortable, & well stocked kitchen. The queen bed was high quality & very comfortable. Pretty good hot breakfast, too.
Very expensive parking facilities.
i like the location as it is very near to many of the attractions of Chicago. Very accessible to transportation terminals and bus stops. The staff are very friendly, helpful and seem to be happy at welcoming us.
The location is good, and the room is clean. I will choose it again for next trip.
Great location! Convenient to park, lake and subway station. Good value!
The restaurant is not an good location and wishing matching are an the room
At is naer to the one million miles is the shopping start موقع جيد للعوائل وقريب من اهم شارع في شكاجوا
The expensive parking which was only made worse because it wasnt by the hotel and it was snowing. The uncomfortable pull out mattress. The couch cushions were more comfortable then the actual mattress cheapest thing I've ever seen, woke up in the middle of the night from the pain.
Every one so attentive and the room was clean. Better than I expected..
The shower water is not warm in the morning rush hours.
The room is big enough and comfortable.
We felt like we had our own little apt. in Chicago for the night. Although we didn't use the kitchen it was nice to have it there.
I loved how the suite was set up very cozy comfortable and beautiful I enjoyed my stay and I hope to go there again soon!
The staff was kind of short with me when checking but other than that I didn't have any other reason to deal with them.
The View from the window was amazing. Good breakfast in the morning.
Difficult to navigate to
It was a beautiful facility, our room was very spacious with a great view and the staff was very helpful when needed. They also had the best free breakfast I've personally come across.
The wifi kept going out, made it hard at times to get work done! Also did not like that fact that I used their express dry cleaning service. The ticket says between 7am-1pm in which I had my coat downstairs at 5am in order to get express service and have my coat back by 1pm. I find out the people did not come to pick up the coat until 9:30 am. I did not get my coat until 4pm that day. While I did not get charged the 50% surcharge, this is bad for business when you don't deliver what your services state. If the cleaners cannot provide proper, exceptional service, then comfort suites needs to terminate the partnership, period!!
I loved the bed, the setup of the rooms, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing!!!!
We have nothing bad to say at all!
The location and the room were more than we expected. The suite was exceptionally well furnished and appointed and we were right in the middle of everything. We will definitely stay here again.
Very comfortable hotel in convenience place in the center of Chicago. For example only ten minutes from institute of Chicago and Symphony Hall of Chicago
The con is the $50 deposit that was supposed to be released after my visit was never returned to me, and when I called the lady on the phone who was rude said call me bank. Well more money out my pocket.
I stayed at this hotel on my birthday January 17. It's a nice location on Michigan ave. The gentlemen who helped me who told me he was the marketing manager as well was very friendly.
We spent almost 1hour to find this place by car, cause the gps did not work well and people should park the car in front of the hard rock hotel.
Great suite, which makes people feel like home, locates at main Ave., almost the center of the loop. The space is very large, which is hard to believe when you step in the hall. The room owes kitchen, if you want cook food by yourself, it is great choice. If you are not a cook-goer, there are lots of fabulous resteraunt around here.
Everything best bed
The floor smelled like some kind of food
Location, close to the station of Metra Safe downtown
