Staff are helpful
The breakfast choices are ok...room for improvement there.
Excellent location. We had a room on the 20th floor with marvelous views of the city. This hotel is absolutely a winner with us!
My room was on the back side of the bldg so the view wasn't good
The proximity to popular tourist attractions and bus lines to access others not close by
Kitchen cooker unusable. Very old decor and definitely needed painting on woodwork. Water not hot enough. Windy night so next door construction banging constantly. Saturday breakfast poor.WiFi flaky
Easy walk from airport train station. Close to shops, Art Institute and river. Spacious room. Dryer useful as we got pretty wet walking in the rain. WiFi good on first day. Breakfast cheese omelettes and porridge welcoming
The wifi was a little weak. It didn't have a sign on the front which made it difficult to find.
We had a great vuew of the city. This was especially nice because we were there on St. Patrick's day weekend. We could see the river turn green from our room. The staff were very accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great, too.
The wifi didn't work
Iked The breakfast and the bed.
We loved the location as it is very near to many of the attractions of Chicago. Staff was helpful, polite and friendly. We would choose it again for next trip. Good value!!!
The room was poor standard and not worth the money at all. Despite paying the full room charge on arrival by debit card, the staff still charged a final balance to my card, and it's only because the manger saw the errors made, that I am now awaiting a full refund on a weeks parking and the room. I will never stay in this hotel again. The wifi is poor, the breakfast was poor and the room was in bad condition with broken appliances and lights not working. I will most definitely stay in the Trump.
The Location was great! Suites excellent for family. Appreciated having kitchen facilities with all the dishes and utensils.
Breakfast is not my best choice and Internet and lifts are slow.
Staff were helpful and hotel proximity to many shops and restaurants.
Room was very cool, thermostat didn't seem to have any effect. Sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable. TV remote didn't work. But for one night, this was outweighed by the location and value.
The location and welcoming staff were the highlights, and Comfort Suites breakfasts are always welcome.
The air on our floor seemed to allow us to smell other rooms, as though it was being circulated within rather than fresh air.
The location was excellent, the room was quiet, elevators efficient (we were on 22nd floor), and we even had a bit of a view of the river. Staff was helpful, polite and friendly. Plenty of options at the free breakfast.
Toilet water black but cleared up after a few flushes.
Large room had everything you need.
I was charged $70 overnight parking on my room but when I went to retrieve my car I had to pay $72 again to the parking vendor to release my car. I will contest this when my credit card statement comes. The hotel knows I will contest this payment.
pull out bed uncomfortable
In the first room we were given, the bed was not made and two light bulbs were burned out. The second room was small, dark, and the bed springs were shot such that you sank practically to the floor when you lay down on it. It was "un-sleepable". The kitchen was hardly equipped - no forks, no baking sheet, no knives to cut anything, no oven mitts - you get the picture. This hotel felt very old and not kept up well. We were supposed to stay here six nights but immediately checked out the next morning. What a rip-off for $185! There are cheaper, nicer properties in Chicago.
The sofa bed. The mattress was so thin you could feel the bars, so we pulled it onto the floor.
This is a BIG suite for the heart of the Mag. mile at a bargain price. Not fancy, but very clean, comfortable, & well stocked kitchen. The queen bed was high quality & very comfortable. Pretty good hot breakfast, too.
Very expensive parking facilities.
i like the location as it is very near to many of the attractions of Chicago. Very accessible to transportation terminals and bus stops. The staff are very friendly, helpful and seem to be happy at welcoming us.
The location is good, and the room is clean. I will choose it again for next trip.
Great location! Convenient to park, lake and subway station. Good value!
The restaurant is not an good location and wishing matching are an the room
At is naer to the one million miles is the shopping start موقع جيد للعوائل وقريب من اهم شارع في شكاجوا
The expensive parking which was only made worse because it wasnt by the hotel and it was snowing. The uncomfortable pull out mattress. The couch cushions were more comfortable then the actual mattress cheapest thing I've ever seen, woke up in the middle of the night from the pain.
Every one so attentive and the room was clean. Better than I expected..
