Breakfast was awesome. Room was very roomy with excellent office desk.
Wireless internet was very slow.
Light bulb was broken in kitchen bathroom very small, no place to set anything on counter. Seemed a bit old inside.
Perfect location. Very big, very well equipped suite. Nice, warm breakfast. Fast, free wifi that really works. Friendly staff. Unless paying too much for excessive luxury and huge reception areas is what really makes you happy, this place is the optimal choice.
The work desk could have been even bigger. But this is just a very minor detail.
The bed was great
That lift was too slow and the shower was poor
Nice room, nice staff.
My shower was broken. I had to shower in another room. They sent two people to fix it several hours later, which itself took a good couple of hours. Very inconvenient.
location size of the room
Elevators were out of service multiple times, we have to use the stairs till the 15th floor. Second thing there was 2 elevators one of them was small and it would not fit our twins stroller. the parking was so expensive.
I've travelled to many places around the world but I was blown away by the service of the staff.
Nothing! Liked it all
Location, close to magnificent mile and Art Institute
My wife van cook! Thats whats best.
Theres no regular cleaning.. I need to ask for fresh towels all the time, tissues too!
Was perfect place to be with a baby - very central; self-catering with grocery a couple of blocks away; quiet, comfortable and enough space for everyone to co-exist. Staff were very easy about early check-in and late check-out - very customer-oriented.
Great place to stay. Very close to everything.
The view was fantastic. Staff very friendly. Very clean. Having washer and dryer was great. It was nice nit having to come home with dirty clothes.
Have a shuttle to pick up from airport. Called to ask about it told to take a cab or the El. Reading the information book found out about a shuttle back to the airport at half the price of a cab. A change in breakfast. I was there for 6 days and it was the same omelet and sausage and waffles.
We loved our apartment style room on the 22nd floor! Great views incredible space and comfortable.
Bathroom was smaller than the closets
Excellent all around would stay there again
Great price and location
Shower heads very poor took a hot cold shower avoided the shower the rest of the stay. We where given a late checkout of 2pm but felt very very rushed by the maid who kept asking with and when we were leaving
The staff will go above and beyond for you. Each one of them from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping to breakfast room.
That we only got to stay two nights.
Central location Very professional helpful staff Efficient and responsive maintenance staff
Extend breakfast hours
location is great, close to all main attractions in Chicago, appartments has a kitchen what is extremely comfortable
rooms are quite old , especially batrooms are not in best condition
Unable to get ABC or CBS. Staff basically shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do.
Breakfast is early, only until 9am. Early for people on vacation. They seemed to run out of items by about 8:20 and the attendant did not appear to speak English very well.
The suite is super large. The ironing closet alone is probably the size of an unrolled sleeping bag. It's nice to have a washer/dryer, kitchen, etc. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Staff are helpful.
Only one elevator was working and there were long waits. My key frequently quit working and I'd have to make the elevator trip up & down again to get it renewed.
excellent location for exploring downtown chicago
The bed left something to be desired.
Convenient Location - easily walkable to the Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park, the Art Institute, public transportation Good Value for Location - other hotels in this area are much more expensive Helpful Front Staff - we were leaving right after the marathon and we were able to check our luggage with the front desk upon check out for an easy transition
Complimentary Breakfast Understaffed and Lacking in Variety Very Small Front Lobby - gets crowded at certain times of day Slow Elevators - only two for the whole building, gets backed up at high traffic times
THe staff were helpful friendly and generous, always greeted us when we cam in, only too happy to store bags before check-in time and while we went sight seeing o the last morning. Amanda was great. It is a fabulous location
only that I couldn't get a gluten free toast or bagel for breakfast
Much roomier then expected. Great location and easy access to the L.
