部屋が広く、デスクやキッチンなど使いやすかった。また、部屋の中に洗濯機があったのも非常に便利でした。- 滞在中、部屋でのインターネットが使えなかった。本来は使えるはずだったのだが機器の故障で１週間使えない- ままでした。 |

Location was great, rooms were clean and enjoyable and it really is a suite with seperate living room and kitchen, with washer dryer. It is a little difficult to unload a car as there is no front drive at all. |

The location was very good--easily accessible to all important places. Bathroom was too small and inadequate for a suite hotel. Shoud have another half bath. |

Proximity to Hyatt Regency Tv in some rooms did not get the channel carrying the world series. I actually had to change rooms to get that channel. Interestingly, that channel was fox. Imagine that, no fox news in Chicago... Who would have thought? |

The suite was spacious, had a great view and had comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and we appreciated being in the room early and checking our luggage in a storeroom while we spent the day in the city. |

The suite was amazing with a lot of facilities I didn't expect. It was big and has a bedroom (with wash machine and dryer), kitchen (with microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dish washer, oven, etc.) and a living room (with desk, sofas, TVs, etc.). And the location is also excellent. The internet was not stable. Out of my 7-day stay there, internet connect went down for 4 days. I strongly suggest that the hotel shall have its own technician on site to fix it from time to time. |
