Amanda at reception was great.location is perfect for visiting the city. the suite was awesome with great view. Nothing, maybe car vallet not in the hotel but close to it.

Our room was amazing and at an incredible, unbelievable rate! The staff was indescribably helpful and courteous!!! If I ever get a chance to return to Chicago (which was the best trip I've ever been on) I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else!!! You have earned your faithful customer, with high recommendations to everyone I know! nothing

Our room was wonderful. Lots of space, very clean & comfortable.( which is probabaly why its called comfort suites) would love to stay there again. Nadier & all your staff were very helpful & friendly. We thank you very much. The dining area was a little small & crowded. But, when you have a building that big that would be difficult to accomadate everyone.

Close to gallerys, shopping, lake, metros and buses. Buffet breakfast included, use of gym and internet. No door between bedroom and living room with fold down bed.

Wonderful desk staff - friendly, helpful, caring, genuinely interested in well-being of guests. Excellent 2 room suite: roomy, comfortable, well-appointed with useful elements. slow elevator, particularly as people are returning to room after breakfast.

It had a decent fridge and stove to use. The staf was very good, friendly and helpful. The room was large. It was very quiet and we did not hear any noice from other rooms. The room lay out was such that there was no door on the bedroom. The bathroom was so small it was hard to move around. It did need a little help with extra cleaning but was ok. The breakfast was wonderful as long as you got their befor 8:45am. It was supposed to be open until 9. If you got their then there was almost no food left and they employees would not fill any trays. They even turned the juice machine off!! The foldout bed was very uncomfortable. When we asked for an extra blanket for the room we were told they didn't have any. Really???

I enjoyed having a kitchen in the room. The front desk staff was extremely friendly saying things like "welcome back" each time we returned to the hotel. Every request was handled promptly and efficiently. We booked on booking.com and the web site said that the room slept 5. I was expecting 2 beds and a hide-a-way couch which was not the case when we arrived. Staff did bring a roll-away-bed in an effort to make the situation right.

Great location, friendly staff and all amenities for a reasonable (for Chicago city center) price. Perfect if you're staying more than 2-3 days as the room was like a small apartment.
