excellent hotel, seems like it is a small lobby but suites are amazing. With a nice view and great rate this location is my favorite from now on. Only lobby. It's very small. |

I loved the location and the size of the rooms. They are extreemly comfrotable, and specially valuable. The price I paid is so worth it. Just the fact that the internet was not working and when we called to the front desk to have it fixed they never came. |

I appreciated the continental breakfast accomodations. Thank you. My room was not clean. The bed was unmade and there were three wastebaskets that needed to be dumped. Additionally, the living room area had not been vacuumed and items such as the phone & throw pillows were not put in their proper place. I understand, I received the room at a good price, but to receive an unclean room is unacceptable and unsanitary. |

Location was great, rooms were clean and enjoyable and it really is a suite with seperate living room and kitchen, with washer dryer. It is a little difficult to unload a car as there is no front drive at all. |

The location was very good--easily accessible to all important places. Bathroom was too small and inadequate for a suite hotel. Shoud have another half bath. |

Proximity to Hyatt Regency Tv in some rooms did not get the channel carrying the world series. I actually had to change rooms to get that channel. Interestingly, that channel was fox. Imagine that, no fox news in Chicago... Who would have thought? |

The suite was spacious, had a great view and had comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and we appreciated being in the room early and checking our luggage in a storeroom while we spent the day in the city. |

the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. the service was excellent . the price was affordable . the book of the hotel that names the places of worship did not include the muslim worship place like a mosque. and the list of restaurant did not include any arab restaurant |
