Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are really nice and the view is fantastic.

Be prepared to fight if you want anything decent for the complimentary breakfast. I always seem to end up settling for just a bagel or doughnut and a small glass of OJ because the eggs, bacon, waffles, etc., are picked clean almost immediately.

The staff were great and value for money outstanding particularly considering the location.

Quality room for a reasonable price.

Location, convenience

I like the location and that the suite was just like being at home with a kitchen and washer and dryer. It felt like home away from home and if you had kids on the trip you could cook a real meal and not eat out the entire trip. Free breakfast was excellent!!!

I didn't like that they didn't offer a shuttle bus to get me to the hotel when I arrived.

There is no locket lugagge room, although it looks safe.

The breakfast room is really small with few tables and you always have to wait to have your breakfast. Besides, the quality of the breakfast is really not good.

It was very clean and not to experience

Like the rooms. Loved the location. Great view. Roomy. Breakfast.

Parking inconvenient. Prefer a king size bed to the queen. Sofa bed uncomfortable even for a small child. Mattress too thin.

The location was wonderful and the hotel was clean and modern. The front desk clerk was very kind to "upgrade" us to a nicer suite, which had a wonderful view of Michigan Avenue. The room was clean and spacious. The only problem was a clogged toilet, which was immediately fixed.

I was not told at check-in that if I gave my "debit card" (rather than a credit card), I would be charged $50 (immediately debited from my checking account) to cover "damage charges". I spoke to the front desk after I saw the charge on my account and was told that, although there were no damages, I would not be re-imbursed the $50 deposit for 10 - 15 days! I could very easily have given a credit card instead had I been advised of this policy in advance! Although the service was exceleent, this practice sounds deceptively illegal as well as unethical.

Very, very comfortable bed! The most important thing of all. Spacious suite. Liked having breakfast with many selections. Room on the Avenue, nice views. Overall, quite nice. A relaxing environment. Wifi

We spent in that hotel three nights. The room was surprisingly big, very clean, had everything one need for the trip. The view from the windows is perfect. Location great. Stuff very helpful. Couldn't find a better place.

Breakfast is not the best one.
