We spent in that hotel three nights. The room was surprisingly big, very clean, had everything one need for the trip. The view from the windows is perfect. Location great. Stuff very helpful. Couldn't find a better place.

Breakfast is not the best one.

Comfort suites are fantastic...lots of room...fridge/freezer...washer/dryer...no charge...dishwasher...room with a view...all you could possibly need for your vacation...we visited for 3 nights & really enjoyed our stay there before moving on to Boston...Visiting from Ireland it was our first time in Chicago but having visited many states in the USA will in future seek out Comfort Suites...Staff really go out of their way to ensure all guests enjoy their stay...highly recommended...Breakfast was fantastic...

The only problem I had was the designated smoking area...outside by the plant pots...on the sidewalk...hate being watched and frowned upon...would prefer to go out the back entrance & not be watched by everyone...Dont like putting my butts on the ground...prefer an ashtray but apparently Chicago has a no ashtray policy...mad in my opinion...love the creation of jobs but would make their life easier by putting my butts in an astray and they could concentrate on the rest of the rubbish...

Location, location, location. The price was very attractive as well. This a great value for where we were and made the trip for my son's auditions much more feasible.

Better privacy for the master bedroom would have been nice.

The location was wonderful and the hotel was clean and modern. The front desk clerk was very kind to "upgrade" us to a nicer suite, which had a wonderful view of Michigan Avenue. The room was clean and spacious. The only problem was a clogged toilet, which was immediately fixed.

I was not told at check-in that if I gave my "debit card" (rather than a credit card), I would be charged $50 (immediately debited from my checking account) to cover "damage charges". I spoke to the front desk after I saw the charge on my account and was told that, although there were no damages, I would not be re-imbursed the $50 deposit for 10 - 15 days! I could very easily have given a credit card instead had I been advised of this policy in advance! Although the service was exceleent, this practice sounds deceptively illegal as well as unethical.

Clean, quiet, centrally located to all there is to do in the loop.

Tiny bathroom, outdated fixtures, and a couple of sprinklers had not been dusted in a while.

Very, very comfortable bed! The most important thing of all. Spacious suite. Liked having breakfast with many selections. Room on the Avenue, nice views. Overall, quite nice. A relaxing environment. Wifi

The room was huge, clean, and overall wonderful for the price.

This was a great value and wonderful stay! The location was great and the view was exceptional.

You can't beat the position: it's within walking distance both to the shopping district of the Magnificent Mile and the theater and business districts of the Loop. Traveling with the family, I also greatly appreciated the fully furnished suite, especially the washing machine / dryer combination. Staff was always really helpful.

- The general feeling of the hotel was a bit battered, although looking more closely it wasn't as much (maybe it came from the old external doors and the long and narrow lobby). - The windows in the rooms let in a lot of cold, and traveling to Chicago in winter this can be a problem. We reacted turning up the heating, but it's very noisy - it's done through the same system as cooling, with hot air instead of cool air - and it dries up moisture a lot. Also, the toilet had just one type of flush. Not a very "green" hotel, overall. - Only two chairs in the dining area, so since we were 4 we had to adopt some creative strategies when we ate together.

The space is more than enough for two ppl to have a wonderful experience. Even for the group of four family it's so worth of money.

The door isnt very sensitive to the key card so it takes some effort to get into the room. Not recommended when you are not sober.

Everything and everyone was lovely. The room was great especially since we had an older child with us; she was able to have her own space and yet be with us. The people were fantastic especially the gentlemen at the front desk when we checked in in the late evening and the gentleman who was managing the breakfast room.

The room was beautiful and totally affordable. What a deal! Great way to spend new years eve with my girlfriends.
