I didnt like the fact that there was conflict in regards to how many ppl stayed in the room. Infact, we informed the front desk that we ultimatley only needed the room to change and leave out. We returned and slept for a very brief time. Booking. Com didnt require me to elect how many ppl stayed in the room anyways. I guess I dont understand why the room had a pull out sofa bed! Yet the front desk gave me such problems. We were also informed there was no smoking, however the room was lingering with a smokey smell. Otherwise..it was ok

Nice hotel, excellent breakfast for the continental type. Very clean rooms. Some noise from ac unit in my room.

I will never come back. That is not because of the hotel, but because of the useless transport to Manhattan. The trip to Manhattan takes effectively 15-20 minutes. The shuttle service is incredibly innefficient and annoying, it took from 60 to 90 minutes to bring us to Manhattan, most of that time we were sitting in the bus waiting for other passengers at other hotels or for the incompetent bus administrators to do whatever it was they were doing. Extremely annoying. It is unbelieavable that such a nice hotel does not have a more effective shuttle service to the city. Going from Manhattan to the hotel was much faster, I have to give them that.

Their shuttle service to nyc and the price included a good breakfast buffet which many other hotels in the area apparently did not.

The smallest shuttle bus was outlived and should be scrapped and I did not feel safe when the oldest family member was the chauffer, they are not part of the hotel but they should pay attention.

Location-close shuttle ride to the city through the Lincoln Tunnel, drop off at the "Red Lobster" in Times Square. Easy drive to Liberty State Park for tours of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island from the Jersey side. Cleanliness of the room, housekeeping staff attentive to detail. Breakfast was above average with a suitable variety.

Location-Neighborhood was an industrial area with heavy traffic. Absolutely no view from any room. The web photo of the hotel cropped to just the building should have been a clue. Only fast-food available in the immediate area (bring your own food).

The staff were great and it's location to Manhattan was great

Trying to get out on to Tonnelle Ave sometimes was hectic! The speed limit to that road is a little fast for traffic trying to come onto it

The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were spotless, the shuttle takes approx 1/2hr to downtown nyc- they drop you off right near Time Square, great location - close to subways and lots of activities

Easy to park and was free,the rooms were very clean, comfortable, spacious and seeing that its takes at least half hr by taxi or an hr by hotel bus( according to the time of day ) to get into NY city centre. The buffet breakfast was very good and was great to be able to have before a very busy day !!!!

The area wasnt the most picturest place and even though the hotel offers a bus service that takes you into the city it doesnt warn you that they pick other passengers up from other hotels and unfortunatly the day we used it it was full, they then had to lay on a coach and so took us well over an hr but it was cheaper than a taxi and we did get into the centre and it was well worth it !!!
