Breakfast was great.

Street noise.

Very good hotel close to Manhattan. Ideal if you want search a good budget hotel in New-York and you plan to visit Manhattan. Shuttles are organized several times a day and are pretty convenient (12 or 15$ / person return trip).

Their shuttle service to nyc and the price included a good breakfast buffet which many other hotels in the area apparently did not.

The smallest shuttle bus was outlived and should be scrapped and I did not feel safe when the oldest family member was the chauffer, they are not part of the hotel but they should pay attention.

Excellent, New York is greatly accessible, beautiful rooms.

The hotel manager canceled my reservation *without warning* because the credit card failed to clear. The credit card works fine, and they should have told me. Instead I was forced to take a far more expensive room for the first night, with the excuse that my room had been given away and the suite was the only available room left. This kind of thing should never happen to a serious hotel, not without a warning phone call or email.

Value for money - clean and good breakfast, Staff tried hard to please.

Location

Location-close shuttle ride to the city through the Lincoln Tunnel, drop off at the "Red Lobster" in Times Square. Easy drive to Liberty State Park for tours of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island from the Jersey side. Cleanliness of the room, housekeeping staff attentive to detail. Breakfast was above average with a suitable variety.

Location-Neighborhood was an industrial area with heavy traffic. Absolutely no view from any room. The web photo of the hotel cropped to just the building should have been a clue. Only fast-food available in the immediate area (bring your own food).

The staff were great and it's location to Manhattan was great

Trying to get out on to Tonnelle Ave sometimes was hectic! The speed limit to that road is a little fast for traffic trying to come onto it

to visit New York, this hotel is ideal; easy to get to by car, once there we didn't need to use it again for the lenght of our stay. The shuttle service to and from the city was quick and efficient using the reserved bus lanes in the Lincoln tunnel. With a choice of 4 departures in the morning and three in the evening, returns to the hotel are just as easy and convenient, dropping us off on Time Square and right next to a subway station. With free wi-fi throughout the hotel, it is easy for guests to stay connected via smartphones or laptop. For guests who may not have such devices, 2 computers are freely available in the lobby. Breakfast is basic, all you need to get you going before a full day of sightseeing.

noisy location but after a long day of roaming Manhattan, there was nothing to keep us awake.

Habitaciones grandes bonitas y limpias

Llegue tarde por la noche I cansada por un viaje largo llame para confirmar por telefono antes de llegar I para pedir indicaciones de como llegar. Habia reservado I confirmado una habitacion con cama king size para dormir con mi bebe. Me dieron una con dos camas queen, pedi que me la canviaran I me dieron una una king size room pero con un motor encendido dentro de la habitacion muy ruidoso tube que volver a canviar de habitacion al final dormi en una con dos camas queen 40 minutos perdidos antes de llegar a la habitacion con un bebe muy cansado por la mañana la ducha no funcionava tubieron que venir de mantenimiento para arreglar-la 40 minutos esperando para poder ducharnos. Llegamos tarde al desayuno I lo retiraron cuando aun estavamos sentados desayunado
