Comfort Suites O'Hare Airport  

The room is big and the additional suite provides a good space for business affaire. The inculed breakfast is excellent. The stuffs are friendly and helpful, the shuttle bus is efficient and convinient.

Check in was Great because I was early! Room and Price where Good.

Big Rain Showers put a strain on the staff at the hotel. The bus shuttle was weak and NOT on time. The food at the hotel was below average and Rest staff needed help. Service was slow too.

We liked the free Wi-Fi and the complementary (is anything really free?) breakfast. The shuttle facility was also appreciated.

Décor now looking a bit "tired" but this didn't spoil the visit.

Mario, the evening desk clerk, was wonderful. It was our first time to Chicago. He was very knowledgable. The breakfast was better than I expected. We made use of the shuttle service and took the train downtown. the CTA workers helped with any train or bus questions and transfers we had.

Staff was not a good service

Typical Business hotel on the market today.

Booking.com had only one room reservation. I had two rooms under my name. This is second time that there was a lack of communication between the hotel and Booking.com.

I crashed one night in Comfort Suits after 13h flight. The hotel is ok, the bed is super comfortable, service is ok, and you have ok choice for the breakfast (eggs, cereal, different variations of bread, milk, coffee, creme cheese, yogurt, waffles, fruit). Free transfer to airport!

The air condition in the room. As it was a bit cold when I got to the room, I turned it on heating. It heated the room quite nice, but the air is very dry afterwards. If you turn it off, still every half hour they pass cold air through it so it is not very pleasant. And the air condition is very loud.

Breakfast included a good variety of food. I appreciated the help I received from an employee in making a waffle.

I was highly offended by one channel I saw on television (and I didn't pay for any extra channels). What I saw was so disgusting I don't even want to repeat what I saw! I can't believe filth like that is even put on television! No pornography should be put on television when people don't want it! I am grateful I didn't have young children with me. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

breakfast was good

I called for shuttle service because I arrived after midnight and was told the designated taxi would arrive in 5-10 minutes. 25 minutes later I called again. 45 minutes after my first call the taxi actually arrived. I think you need a new taxi service!

The price is excellent for the accommodations. The breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are comfortable
