Having to leave the hotel at 4.00am in search of a phone card as the staff did not know how to activate international dialling from room, and would not allow me to use their phone. Disgusting.

From the quick dispatch from the front desk to our room to await a hospital procedure the next day, to the friendly breakfast hostess, all was fine. Got us a handicap room, quiet location. Just fine.

The first wow factor was the greetings from the desk clerk.The rooms were super clean and offered just what was seen on the internet.

There should have been a lil fresh fruit out in the breakfast area. I also wished that the eating area was larger. Other than that the place was outstanding!

Hot breakfast was good

Airport shuttle is a joke. Could take several hours to get picked up from the airport. Only runs once per hour to the airport.

Cleanliness and affordability

Location. Tricky to find, you kind of just run into McCoy Road on the main drag and by the time you realize it you've passed the hotel. No restaurants close by.

I first checked into another hotel and it was not up to my standards. Old and musty. I went on the internet and found your hotel. Excellent rating. I booked in and was very happy here. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Wished I had stayed my whole trip here.

unattractive location

Very comfortable room. Wonderful continental breakfast. Close and convenient to airport (MCO). We chose this hotel because we had an 8:20 am flight and wanted to be as close to the airport as possible in a reasonably priced attractive hotel.

The parking close to the front door was somewhat limited. But we found a very good parking space, not at a great distance from the entrance and elevators.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. The price was great as well.

Website we booked through said it had 24 hour free shuttle but it actually ended at 12:30. We were lucky that our flight arrived a little earlier and we were able to catch the free shuttle service. All ended good.

Comfortable and clean. Good shuttle. The breakfast was pretty good for hotel food. These are all important in my mind, congratulations.

The price is just a bit high ($ 8-10)for an overnite airport / transition hotel. Pool was too cold to use, which I felt it should be useable for that price, but maybe the breakfast was suitable compensation.

We would stay in this hotel again. Nice and clean hotel.

The cortesy breakfast was really good. I really liked the room, very spacious, everything looked like new, maybe it was recently refurbished. The staff was good, Tim specially, a real character and the lady who took care of the breakfast I don't remember her name, short blond hair, with glasses, different accent, a very nice person! The free wi-fi was good, didn't have any problems with my connection. The guest laundry did help a lot, as we stayed for 16 days. I'd stay there again in a next trip to Orlando.

The location is not very good, if you are staying to do the parks and shopping, because it's located near the airport, which is good when you arrive and when you leave. If you go to the parks and shopping you will find a lot of tolls on your way, but not a real nightmare, since it's only us$1,15 per toll. I would stay there again. The cleaning wasn't so great. The maid used to make our bed, but the bathroom wasn't really washed, I stayed there for 16 days, which is quite a long time, so I could see it wasn't as clean as I arrived, the shower curtain was smelling pretty bad in the last 5 days. It could have been changed. The safe wasn't working.

Room abiance - clean - lots of towels - comfy bed - nice it included a micro and refrigerator

Continental breakfast 6:30 to 9:30 - lot's of people leaving on the 6:00 am shuttle to the airport (which is pretty normal) and nothing for the people as they were heading out the door - I didn't want anything as I had my own car - but quite a few departing guests would have liked a little something for their trek to the airport - open continental breakfast early to accomodate the 6:00 am. shuttle guests.

Close to airport and the mall

Everything., Especially the receptionist Tiesha. She was so helpful& friendly and went the extra mile ,including letting us check in early.Thank you ,Tiesha you made the last day of our holiday.

Staff was friendly, room was really clean and well decorared, bed was great, breakfast excellent.

Couldnt get my ipad to work in the room, had to phone a 1-888 nr., didnt phone too much trouble, just stayed 1 night, had to catch a plane

it was close to the airport and pretty easy to get to from there. the room was clean and comfortable.

the breakfast area in the morning was a disaster! too many people and alot of confusion and the staff seemed overwelmed by this. Waffle machine was a mess and not functioning, the juice machine not working.... maybe it was just a bad morning?
