Some of the staff at your front desk were less then friendly. I seemed to bother them everytime I had a question. At one point, I used the ATM and when it didn't work, the lady said, "It's broke". Why didn't you put a sign on it! Further, when I asked where some restaurants were nearby (we didn't have a car) I was told, "There isn't none." Bad grammar and equally false information was not okay with me. There were some places, granted; I had to walk a few but there was a taco bell up the way and a Wendi's. Why not tell your patrons that by bus there are several. Here's a bus schedule or a website for a bus schedule? Not happy about the service I received. Also, the hottub broke on our second day there. One of the big reasons why I picked this hotel was for the hottub, so I was not happy.
I thought the facilities were very clean and the front desk mostly very friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the lady who resupplied it was efficient and very nice. I liked the mini fridge and microwave in the room, that came in handy. The bus system, while not that great, was handy to have. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport!
