コンフォート スイーツ サンホセ エアポート (Comfort Suites San Jose Airport)  

部屋は適度に広く快適でした。冷蔵庫、電子レンジは使っていませんが、やはりあると便利です。Ｃｏｉｎ　Ｌａｕｎｄｒｙ　も問題なく利用できました。

Ｖｅｎｄｉｎｇ　Ｍａｃｈｉｎｅ　の水がＳｏｌｄＯｕｔだった。レンタカー利用でなかったので、少し不便を感じた。

Wasn't sure when we first arrived, as we thought it looked a little rough. However, the rooms were clean and well equiped and the beds were very comfortable. Had problems with our A/C, but then they changed our room. We needed rides for an early flight (5:00 am) and they gave us a to-go breakfast of granola bar, piece of fruit and water, and the transportation was on time. All in all, I would recommend it for someone flying out/in from airport.

Breakfast is a great plus and value. Staff were always pleasant and helpful.

It was very clean and comfortable. My son and I came up to San Jose to check out San Jose State University and it was only three miles from campus. I loved that breakfast and parking was included in the price. I would stay here again.

No view, but did not expect one.

It was clean and comfortable, clean is what we usually like about comfort hotels, it had free parking, free wifi and breakfast was included.

It was a decent hotel, although I have stayed at better Comfort hotels, this one was slightly outdated. Carpet was too dark, but still looked stained. Bed was shaking even when our 3 year old was moving during sleep. Receptionist didn`t know someone had checked in and first someone was trying really hard to open the door for several minutes-I was putting my child to sleep and couldn`t immediately get to the door. Then she called our room and woke my child up. Found that a bit annoying...

The room was large, clean and silent. As they say, it seems to be a smoke free environment. The bed was confortable and I slept very well there.

I could not connect to the Wifi during the night when probably most of the guests were also trying to connect. The breakfast is good but far from what I know as "continental breakfast". The bathroon had curtains resulting in wet floor alter shower.

Great location close to airport with some food options around. The area is not the best in San Jose, but makes for this in convenience. Rooms are nice and rather large.

Only major drawback is the potential for limited parking, though we did not have a problem. Also they could have better pillows -- very small and hard. But it is good that they provide 4 pillows.

I liked being close to the light rail line. In addition, the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to the airport was appreciated. The rooms were quite spacious too.

Bed was a bit too firm. It would have also been nice to have slightly larger pillows on a king size bed.

Hotel shuttle not available on Sunday night. Substitute taxi provided was much below the standard of Comfort Suites.

Good quality for relatively low cost (for San Jose). Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy access to major freeways.

11:00 check out time. My friends who stayed at the Hyatt & Holiday Inn checked out at 12 noon. Big stains on the carpet were obvious when drapes were opened to let light in. Disgusting!

I always enjoy the breakfast provided at Comfort Inns. Nice having a couch in the room and a good-sized desk.

Entrance via underground garage not clearly marked. I was mildly uncomfortable with the people hanging around on nearby sidewalks. Probably no real danger.

Parking was easy, price was fantastic! Clean, comfortable rooms with fridge and microwave. Nice and quiet. Loved the well stocked breakfast in the morning. The location can't be beat for proximity to airport and quick highway access. Most importantly, the staff was EXCELLENT! Friendly and helpful! We stayed for 5 nights, and I would most definitely stay again and recommend to others

Very hospitable staff and the hot breakfest on site was an absolute plus.

I loved the breakfast that was included in our room price. They had everything you could want for breakfast!

The hotel next door was not very nice, it was a different kind of crowd. That's beyond their control though.

It needs to be clearer that you have to pre-book the hotel airport shuttle 24-hours in advance of your arrival. From the website I knew there was a shuttle, but because we didn't realise we had to book it, it cost us $15 for a taxi from the airport, which was a 5 minute drive away.

Rooms are big, modern, well equipped. Free parking inside the building. There is a shuttle to the airport. Close to the airport

The hot breakfast, sofa and coffee table in the room, comfortable bed, handicapped parking under the hotel, complimentary newspaper, proximity to Denny's and 7-11.

Pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable. Would prefer that the front desk be staffed at all times.

The location is good

The hotel is worn, needs a massive overhaul. Staff is poorly trained and reception is most of the time un-manned. The hotel is noisy, the decoration needs to be changed. Price is too high for what it is

Only one lounge chair or small sofa. My wife or I had to use the desk chair to sit and visit or watch TV.

The bed and the room were very comfortable and clean. The staff woman was helpful and kind. It would have been enjoyable if we could have used it for more than 4 hours

We arrived at the airport at 11pm and called ahead to let them know, but they forgot to let the cab driver know to pick us up at the airport. We waited for over hour until 12:25am while they located a cap driver and he didn't know where to find us.
