Staff were very helpful with directions, cabs, storing our luggage after checkout.

Air conditioning in living room was not working and despite several phone calls no one came to fix it. Fortunately, AC was wiling in the bedroom.

The staff was outstanding! Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The beds were a standout on our trip, there were beyond comfortable! The subway is only a couple of blocks away and buses just on the corner.

The air conditioning was loud and had difficulty in maintaining a comfortable temperature.

We were looking for a place to stay, close enough to the Pratt institute of Art, so we could visit our grand daughter in her Summer program. We were lucky to find the Condor. Very modern , very clean and a great staff! We even had a balcony overlooking the skyline of Manhattan, were we enjoyed our evening coffee. There was also a very pleasant lounge and back garden. And a free breakfast ! While there for the night we managed to fit in a walk across the famous Brooklyn bridge. Parking available right across the street and easy access to Manhattan. We were very pleased.

Being in our seventies, it would have been nice to have a grab bar and/or mat in the tub.

Very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was nice. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Very disappointed that there was no restaurant or bar which was especially bad because there is literally no place nearby to buy food or eat out so I was forced to travel miles for meals. Had I known this I would not have stayed here.

Kitchenette with stone counter, refrigerator and microwave. Good shampoo. Large bed, lots of pillows, no bedbugs.

Small room. Small TV. Took 1 hour for old, loud AC to cool room down. Thermostat is activated by leaving a key card in a slot next to the door, so rooms here will not be climate controlled upon arrival. Weird neighborhood. All windows & balconies in the hotel have a view of a brick wall. For the price you can do better.

The manager. He resolved a problem we had with great speed and flair,

location is a bit out of the way. But very culturally interesting neighborhood

Everything was comfortable. I felt secure in the neighborhood coming home by bus from the subway late at night.

I would have appreciated a glutten free choice at breakfast.

Clean, new, room size, tv remote and in room safe repaired while we were out. K-cup coffee in lobby. 6 blocks from G train.

Housekeeping did not replace consumed shampoo, did not replace all towels, in room safe and tv remote did not work when we arrived.

Loved the option of having a kitchenette so you have the option to eat healthy and not order out. Bathroom is modern and impressive. Comfortable bed.

The air conditioner in the room was too loud, had to turn it off completely. No utensils or plates and cutlery provided. So not sure why there's the kitchenette. A Minnie bar would be great or more coffee and tea provided in room with perhaps a kettle and mugs. Otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed my stay :)

    New, clean, well furnished.

Horrible location. No nearby restaurants, run down neighborhood and heavy truck traffic on the streets. For about the same money we could have a room in Manhattan. Very poor value.

Location was great for exploring Williamsburg, ten-minute cab ride to most restaurants and bars, and 20 minutes to/from LaGuardia. The room was clean, modern, and well-decorated with a very comfortable bed. No problems with wi-fi.

Not close to subway, so unless you have a lot of time to spare, you have to take cabs to most places.

I loved the comfort of the room and the cozy feeling.

The breakfast was blah and not much to offer, but that is my only complaint.

Swanky place nestled in obscurity! If you like a cool hotel tuck away in a place where you wouldn't expect it to be then this is your spot in Brooklyn! Very trendy and in a good part of town with easy access to great places to eat! Staff was awesome and the room was great! Just right for a solo traveler or couple. Don't expect views and for the price who cares! Get out and talk a walk!

Nothing really! For a weekend stay this place was perfect!
