Proprete des chambres, situation geographique Wifi payant et hors de prix (11s par jour!!). Pas de petit dejeuner compris. Pour le prix de la chambre, c'est la moindre des choses d'inclure ce genre de services |

Trés bien situé Isolation phonique mediocre entre 2 chambres séparées seulement par une porte. J'ai eu l'impression de partager ma chambre avec des inconnus pendant tout mon séjour.... |

Situation centrale, facilité accès transport, confort chambre et très calme sur cour, personnel diligent, propre Restauration pour petit déjeuner de qualité moyenne pour la ville et salle viellotte dont le confort est à revoir (chaises trop basses, table au pieds saillants) |

Localisation excellente et hotelerie de qualité. Le prix est cepedant un peu élévé en comparaison avec les prix européens. Reste un hotel très approprié pour visiter Chicago. |

J'ai apprécié la traquilité, la vue magnifique d'un lever de soleil sur le lac Michigan et la proximité du centre ville avec ses restaurants et ses musées. Je recommande le 12eme etage avec vue sur le lac. |

Je suis venu a Chicago pour visisiter. Lê prix abordablede de la chambre tout en étant près du centre ville m'a permis de faire un séjour agréable. |

I have stayed twice at the Congress Plaza Hotel. Each time, I have enjoyed a large, clean, comfortable, well appointed room with spectacular views of Grant Park and Lake Michigan. The staff is responsive, efficient and professional. The bar, restaurants, exercise facilities, gift shop and public areas are well done and provide a great value. The location, a few blocks from the loop, has allowed me to roam the city and suburbs without a car. I will remember my visits to Chicago more fondly because of my happy stays at the Congress Plaza Hotel. |

I was a beautiful hotel. I don't normally answer these questionaires, but this hotel had a fantastic, classy feel about it. The staff were more than exceptional and I had one of the most enjoyable stays. I will definately stay at this hotel again when I go to Chicago. |

The room size, the size of the bed, the location, the nice television, and the option of making a pot of coffee in the morning, although I did not do so. It did get a little toasty in the room and we had to sleep with the windows open. We were on floor 11, but I imagine that closer to the bottom floors, sleeping with the windows open might get noisy. But we slept very, very well. |

Excellent location in the Loop, close to the train, lovely to see the park and the lake and we enjoyed the walking distance to many attractions. |

Close to everything, ease of access, wonderful old world decore which would have been even better with an injection of loads of money...we had a great view of the lake and the park across from the hotel. Everything worked and the bed was very comfortable. There was an industrial dispute while we were staying there which did not affect us but it seems they do not employ union labour, not great that the hotel employs non union staff particularly in the hotel industry. |

we had a Lakeview room and the sunrise over the lake and the Sat night fireworks were special The water pipes are old and the bathroom smelled horrible |

The price of the room, the location of the hotel & how nice it was. We had trouble with 3 of the 3 games that we tried in the game room, and the hotel did not offer a change machine in the first place. |

The location, accross the street from Grant Park and near several world-class museums, was excellent. As an older hotel, there were several infrastructure problems, such as poorly regulated heat / air conditioning. Also, my bathroom was missing a door knob for the duration. But the bed and furniture were modern and comfortable, and the room was spacious with a great view of the lake. |

Location was excellent. The closet was unbelievably small. They have begun renovations, but room still needs much more work to be updated. |
