ロケーションがよい。

館内が複雑で部屋へ行くのに迷う。

古いシカゴの風情を持っている

絨毯などがやや古い。冷蔵庫がない。

建物の立地は良かった。また知名度も高い様子で、Museum of Science and Industry で乗車したタクシーの運転手に「Chicago Hilton」と言っても通じなかったのに「Congress Plaza Hotel」と伝えたら一発だった。歴史的重厚感のある建物にも最初は圧倒された。映画の中の建物にいる気- 分だった。

設備の古さ（特に風呂）に驚いた。壁が薄いのか、夜中3時頃に廊下で話している3人の男性の声が部屋の中ま- で響き、更に彼らが部屋の中へ移動した後も、話し続けていた声で何度も起こされた。部屋は寒かったが、冷房- は自分で調節できたので問題はなかった。幽霊が出ることで有名なホテルだったということは、宿泊前日に知り- ました。

Staff was very freindly, loved the location, room was very clean. Also loved the bar in the hotel. Parking was very reasonable also.

View from the room was really great on the Michigan lake. Room was a good size. Clean properly every day.

Internet was not included. Breakfast was poor and expensive at the same time... Hotel needs a bit of renovation.

Warm showers :) I'm 6'2 and they had tall shower heads which I love cause I usually find myself squatting underneath the shower heads.

I am a bigger guy and the rooms were a little small. I kept finding myself tripping over things. Not necessarily a super big issue with as I understand this place is very old but I can't list it as a positive thing either.

we had the lakeview room with 2 standard beds. The view could not have been any better and the beds were great.

Our room was a little stuffy, but tolerable.

The location is ideal to visit the city and sights. Handy for restaurants too.

The room decor is old and tired.

Price was doubled when I had too add one night

The location and views were excellent and decor inside the lobby and main building was beautiful.

Unfriendly staff. The room wasn't made up one day and the coffee wasn't replaced also they charged $10 for 24 hours wifi.

The room was very cozy and clean and we had a great view!

The air conditioner wasn't working properly. Luckily we were able to open the windows and it was cool enough out, otherwise it would have been really uncomfortable.

We were very impressed. Had a room with lake view, the best view of the city. I loved the antique furniture, windows opened, bath was redone. With that said, we would stay there again.

The location was great, the lobby was beautiful and the room was charming with comfortable beds. The concierge was very helpful

The "main" dining area, presumably open for breakfast, lunch and dinner was closed -- or appeared to be closed -- both Saturday evening and all day Sunday. The menu at the "higher end" restaurant was unappealing and bore little resemblance to the published one.

Rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Great view and location. As well as a courteous staff to help with directions and setting up transportation

I liked that the Hotel was oldschool. It seemed like it was a chicago staple even though it hadn;t been renovated. It was perfect for my Grandparents.

I feel like it could have been slightly more modern with an oldschool feel.

Loved the old charm. Big beds and old furniture. Great location with wonderful views of the lake, park and fountain.

Loop (Michigan Ave) location. Lakeside View if you get a Lakeside Room.

Beds were not up to par. (Cheap fix-could replace entire Hotel for $300k, why not do it?). Heating and Air Conditioning very subpar. No ability to regulate. Barely tolerable temperature for sleeping. [If cant afford to fix, should lower average room rate 20%]. Towels [Face & Body] are very scratchy. [Cheap fix-Either replace or use a water softener in laundry facility].

Terrible wait for valet parked car even though not that crowded which appeared to be chronic weekend problem.

It met my needs for business conference @ the Hilton. Congress Plaza more better for the value. Location was good for after hour play.

Location, decor, scenery, cleanliness, value and ability to have parking.

Staff could be friendlier when calling the front desk. Needed tylenol willing to pay a room charge and was told you have to get that from the gift shop which was not open yet. Would think with a higher end hotel that would be an ammenity. Even in 1 & 2 star hotel's this is available. Also front desk could have been a little courteous in there tone.

The location was excellent, view was fantastic, room was private, bed like an ocean of comfortably, facilities were clean.

Random street closing made valet parking impossible. Had to carry all my luggage down the street to store it. Hotel still charged me full price for a service they were incapable or unwilling to provide. manager at front desk was curt, unfriendly.
