Area is nice, price is great and it clean and comfortable.
TV doesn't have enough channel and not clear
The Room Was Attractive Spacious Room Hotel Was Fairly Clean Really Good Price Great Location Lots of Great Restaurants and Activities in the Area
Tons of Ants on the Walls and Tables of the Room Breakfast Was Pitiful (Perhaps it Would have been better to offer nothing lol) Hotel is Obviously Quite Old and Could Use Some Renovation
The room was like having a one bedroom apt. There was sitting area and bedroom separated by door. There was a small refrigerator and coffee maker and nice flat screen tv on the wall in the sitting area. There was a hot breakfast in the morning.
It was strange not having tv in bedroom. There was no microwave in the room. The carpets need to be cleaned. Everything else was ok......
location, staff, specially the hotel manager, a very respectful lady
breakfast, if can be called breakfast is extremely terrible, better not to mention " free breakfast" because this is very misleading piece of information. The hotel lost control over guests , we have a couple of rooms near us occupied by guests who were all the time, smoking even inside the hotel( on the corridors, against hotel policy ) and in the rooms as the AC brings the smell of the cigarettes , drinking alcohol and fighting most of the time, this made my kids very scared and we all felt unsafe as they always kept the exit door opened by putting something to prevent the door from closing, this makes every body related to this group of really bad guys enter and exit the hotel without any problem, am quite sure at least 6-8 people do sleep in each room without the knowledge of the hotel management !!, i have reported this. but nothing done. It is my sixth times stay in this hotel, but after the hotel works under Congress name not RAMADA, things changed big time, of course on the wrong direction.
Nothing. May be extension till 10 of breakfast timings.
the room I reserved was not available, had to get a more expensive room and for space I didn't need
front desk staff was rude
the price was ok and breakfast was good. The young man was very very nice.
I didn't like the fact that our room was sooo far in the back of the hotel. there was no one on that end but us seemed a little bit scary.
Friendly staff, distance to necessities, hotel amenities including breakfast and tourist guides, separate living area.
The TV was not in the bedroom, distance from Atlanta.
When we arrived, the clerk was very unfriendly and told us we did not have a reservation. I stated that I did and he sniped "Did you make it today?" I told him no and provided our booking confirmation. He miraculously found our booking and gave us keys and said you go right and right to park. Shady people hanging around outside and in the halls. Outside security doors propped open. No air conditioning in our room. It was 85º in the room. Called front desk and they told us they would call back in 2 minutes. No one ever called back, no offer to change rooms, nothing. We did not feel safe in this hotel. We left at 6am just to get out of there. It seems people are living in the hotel and it is like a maze trying to find your room. STAY AWAY at all costs! The wifi did not work and the TV choices were limited.
The room was nice
The service was only ok
The comfort of the room (King Suite) was very nice. The Morning staff was very friendly.
No Wi-fi in the room. The night staff not as friendly. The night staff not very friendly
Slept well...clean bedding a pkus
Pool could be a bit cleaner
This hotel needs a good overal several bugs in the bath tub fan in bathroom ready to fal out of the ceiling breakfast the worse i ever encounter roof leaked in breakfast area fire alarm kept going off at 2am sunday i will never stay there again.
My room I had on two different occasions was great
Need more selections for breakfast
It was good for the price. Convenient to eating places and other venues.
Room was a little small. Old decor
I like the comfort of the deluxe room, good for a family.
I liked the front desk clerk. He was very nice and attentive.
The photo on line was deceiving it did not show the scratched up room doors or the people hanging on the steps smoking garbage on the ground... The TV was not clear. The table leg was broken. The carpet was old with spots on it and it looked filthy. I had to make sure that the children did not walk on it bare footed or sit on it. The place did not smell fresh it smelled like someone sprayed freshner over a dirty carpet. We were there for a family reunion but we were too embarrassed to invite relatives to our room. We were very disappointed.
Really good rate compared to similar hotels in the area. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Location was right next to a very busy interstate. Also, building seems really old and is extremely disjointed. Finding your way to your room is almost like walking through a maze.
Clean room, jacuzzi, comfortable bed, bathroom doors in king room, thermostat a/c
Remote didn't work, breakfast (waffles were the only good thing), WiFi signal was poor, front desk could have been more courteous, no microwave
I loved the style and elegance of the furniture. I liked the lay out of the rooms. I loved the fact the windows opened and was able to get fresh air at night.
The door knob was very hard to enter the room. When I first arrived the temperature was set at 55 , it took me hours to warm the room to a half way descent temperature. There was no microwave and the coffee pot did not work. The bedroom was very cluttered with furniture. I knocked my shin several times trying to get to the restroom. There was to many tables in the sitting area was hard to move around when more then one person was there.
Liked the cleanliness of my room but hated having to navigate the long distance from 2nd to 1st floor just to get some ice.
I did not like having some hang-arounds, residents of the hotel loitering around and begging for money, cigarettes and making the facility "ghettoish" and unattractive.
I have stayed in this hotel in 2011 and 2012 when it was RAMADA, this year when I stayed, it was different experience, breakfast is becoming something terrible, cleanliness is different from RAMADA's time, definitely I wouldn't stay there any more in the future.
Beautiful and clean room with separate sitting area, kitchenette and tv with a door to close bedroom. High end finishings in bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet. Overall good deal for the money and i would stay there againunder the same circumstances (with my big, burly boyfriend), but not as a single woman.
People hanging around area tha looked like they might stay there kinda sketchy and outside poorly lit while surrounded by trees. Breakfast was more continental than anything; disappointing.
I thought the room could have been cleaner icluding the hallways and workout facility. The breakfast was very poor during the week. It felt a little weird because it seemed as if families were living there
